I could care less about trends, and especially those. NE has been one of the best teams in the league in Belichecks and Bradys time, so if their playing a rookie qb they should beat them. Outside of last year how many rookie qbs really start? If they do they are probably on a bad team. Of course I dont like a rookie qb in his 1st game vs anybody, but he has Spiller who will gash the fuck out of that d. I wouldnt be shocked if NE did win 34-3 but I really feel that Buffalo will keep it close and possible win. I never bet alot on a nfl game until week 3 or 4. I have to see them play in meaningfull games first, but I just have a feeling this isnt going to be the best year for NE.
