There are certain charges that are going to draw an automatic no bail, no matter what the circumstances. Anything having to do with bombs is one of them, especially in 2014.
He will get a bail review where he can plead his case as to why he should get a bail, and they will probably give him one. The first time around the judge just looks at the charges, he can't say shit and whatever the DA wants they will usually get. I am SURE they have a hard on trying to bust him on something, so they were just being dicks with the no bail recommendation.
He will obv have the top lawyers known to man and I would be shocked if he is denied bail on the review. He has a clean record too.

If they give him a bail, he will likely be required to turn over all his guns to the police until case is over with. Usually they will be at your door within 24 hrs after he gets released saying hand them all over. Obv won't be getting them back if he is convicted of felony.

An attorney for Bilzerian, David Chesnoff, was able to get the arrest warrant recalled through the Nevada state courts system, according to the Los Angeles Times. Police could no longer keep Belzerian behind bars because he does not face charges in California, Chesnoff told the Times.
Shortly after his release Wednesday afternoon, Bilzerian was seen walking into his Hollywood Hills home by a KTLA reporter. Bilzerian said he had no comment.

TMZ broke the story ... model Vanessa Castano is suing Bilzerian for kicking her in the face Saturday night at a Miami nightclub.
We're told her lawyer is demanding $1 million to settle. Her argument is simple ... if he doesn't settle and he gets socked with punitive damages -- a jury will see his lavish lifestyle and nail him for millions in order for him to really feel it.
Dan has famously flaunted his wealth. He's bragged about losing $2.5 mil at the poker table and posted another pic of $9 million in chips right in front of him. He's also bragged about winning more than $10 mil in one tournament.
And he loves Instagramming his fleet of jets, cars, boats and other toys.

He said on the Howard Stern interview that many of the photos of him surrounded by hot women are staged. He actually has a social media guy who helps put together things like that for him.
That's not to say he doesn't actually hang out with and bang a lot of stripper types, but I think a lot of what you see on Instagram doesn't really represent what's happening/
I do believe the account that he doesn't play much poker. I've always felt his "high stakes poker" involvement is just a cover to hide Daddy's money.
