Garrett is all the way 100% the most standup guy, calling it in any other way is the same as trying to prove j high is a call for 2500 BB. Someone put her in the game to cheat Garrett at the super high stakes and they fucked up the simplest of tasks and got caught. What Garrett needs to do is take the money she paid him back with that she shouldn't have and give it to an honest third party until the outcome is determined whether it is Hustler Casino staff (if they accept it) or someone with an upstanding reputation like a Daniel Negreanu type (love or hate him he is honest and too rich to blow 135k).
This would be in Garrett best interest right now. It's not like Garrett is hurting so let the investigation play out and whatever happens will decide who gets the money.
Honestly, all of the methods gto poker nerds keep coming up with how she cheated are funny to me. While their is a slim chance she don't seem intelligent enough (in a poker mindset not in her real life she is likely smart in her field) to pull off anything here.

DGAF is a long time friend (real not artificial like a lot of poker friendships) with Garrett. So he’s in a very tough spot. Theory for discussion -
Someone involved in the game/stream (player, producer, staff) has an effective cheating strategy in place and has been using it intelligently, and somehow - either by talking to the wrong people, or pure greed - brought others into the mix who actually are this bad at cheating.
Anyone listen to that guy 'Beanz' that Joey interviewed? He claims he is the one who got her into the game. He goes on and on about how shes the next poker superstar, would never do anything like this.... then says he's known her for 2 weeks.
This RIP guy is shady and the situation with he and Robbie is something to look at. Lots of talk of them being a couple.
He was interviewed by Joey and used Robbie's zoom account then claimed he wasn't with her, but needed to borrow her login... but that excuse does not align with the way that zoom functions.
Then Robbie called in claimed she was driving when she clearly wasn't.
These little lies show me how comfortable they are lying. There is no substance behind anything they say.
I've followed this pretty closely, and have been around my fair share of shady poker characters. Something seems off here to me.
I do not think Robbie is a mastermind cheater, I am leaning towards some type of cheating ring that she is involved in.
Maybe they are just handling the situation as badly as possible.

Obviously RIP knows how Robbi feels towards men and how they always bluff her (her words not mine) and don’t respect her. Now, let’s say Robbi is 15 seconds into her tank and she glances over at RIP.
Lets say RIP gives Robbi a “wink” or a “head nod” or a “smile”. Maybe he has picked up on a tell or maybe just because.
Let’s say Robbi interprets that as “CALL”. For whatever reason she thinks RIP believes it’s a good idea. Maybe she thinks he picked up on a tell, or something similar.
Jump forward to when Garrett makes the faces at the table, when he is in disbelief over what took place. At that point she may be thinking “fuck, did Garrett see RIP wink at me?” As a new poker player maybe she thought “Maybe that can be construed as cheating? or maybe it is cheating? or maybe it’s very bad etiquette? What are people going to think of me? (Her thoughts and heart racing)”.
Once Garrett summoned her to the “dark” hallway, she may be nervous as hell since she knows thousands of people are watching and what if the camera picked up on RIP’s “wink, smile, nod, ect?” She may be thinking Garrett may have seen something or possibly picked up on Something. Then when Garrett said, “Millions of people will see this”, she was nervous as hell since she knows she was going to fold - but specially changed her decision due to RIP. At that point she may have had a million thoughts racing in her head and under pressure gave the money back.
Her husband the attorney said she spends 5 hours per night studying poker. If they are rich, the last thing she wants is this. She made a split second decision. Look at all her plastic surgery. This is obviously a woman who cares what people think of her.
So, I would really like to see RIP during that entire hand especially on the All IN.

This was after she lied about her explanation of the hand immediately after it was over and Adelstein questioned her. The thing with the Rip dude reeks. Weirdly when I first read of this I was thinking about Ivey and the baccarat scandal and the different ways someone could pull this off, then sure enough he was at the table, just weird. I've never seen something like this in a live game, even at family home games where stakes were pretty much inconsequential. I'm going to agree with Doug Polk, 90% she was cheating.

Why would she give him back $135k? Recall that she was winning on all 3 Hustler streams she had been on, including this one. In fact, she was still winning after giving BACK the $135k. She likely was delusional, and saw HCL as a money-printing machine for her, where she could routinely outplay everyone, and didn't want to lose it. To her, surrendering that profit back to Garrett and still being able to play was preferable to being kicked off the stream for good.
That's my theory at this point, and I think it fits everything. You can hear more on radio.

I now get tagged with Youtuble Garrett/Robbi suggestions and Berkey owns the page. He’s on 24/7. It has to be monetization. I had a 6 degrees of separation relationship with him years ago but I just can’t with this now.
