Awhile back, Druff and I were taking about Glocks and the different generations, that’s what started this thread. Druff was asking about the 4th gen recall and I stated that I only like Gen3 and that is the current California standard.
So I just found this Gen3 video review and Sooth00 is a good and long time reviewer. Had to share his Gen3 review...

palmetto has been shitting out some good "blem' deals
i bought this:
https://palmettostatearmory.com/blem...a3-pistol.html
https://palmettostatearmory.com/medi...55110820-1.jpg
$560 no tax
"blem" relates to only cosmetic imperfections, not functionality, but i still couldn't find any - maybe i'll see some discoloring or minor scratches when i take it apart but either way this is a great deal
maybe it's just me but, I look at heavy weapons, and even more so the Assault Rifle type stuff and hate it. Maybe it is because AR-15 type weapons are also what the M4 and actual Military stuff is. But I just feel like in Society across the board weapons, especially heavy weapons do more harm than good, and are bad for Society. Weapons were meant for a job, and to kill people quite possibly, as far as I ever knew or cared to know I guess, but maybe I am different.
Not I get how some also feel adamantly about the complete opposite, and want Arsenals imo, in their homes. And that of course is stupid to ever let anyone have, or do
honestly i completely agree.
i get having a good deer hunting rifle. and getting a barrett or lapua to blast at manhole covers from a mile away has always been on my 'rich guy bucket list'. but the ubiquity of assault rifles essentially as fashion statements is some real death cult shit.
I used to have some ARs but got rid of them all. I don’t have a problem with them, but I just never shot them. They just sat in my safe, and I could say to someone “yea I got a Sig m400 pistol with brace ect”. At this point I just collect the pistols I like, deer rifles, and a couple shotguns.
My deer rifle now is a Tikka T3 Lite in 300 WSM. I love that damn thing.
This is why the taliban is winning

thats a fine looking gun imo.
Update:
Just got a Browning A5 in real tree for turkey and other game. Haven’t shot it yet but will update again when I do. Pic included
I don't have a Glock, tho I did seriously consider it on the recommendation of several police officer friends of mine.
I went with a Wilson Combat Carry Comp. There's just something about a 1911.
Its now being reported that Gaston Glock has passed away at age 94.

Poast your edc
Canik’s are one of best pistols for the price, and have better triggers than many guns twice as expensive
Basically Walther clones
Glock lol.
Why would anyone own a gun made a plastic that's prone to melting with light use.
Just kidding but seriously can we admit what a huge mistake it's been to allow everryone and their uncle to own firearms.
The Genie's out of the bottle but yea that was a colossal mistake. People are getting shot left and right for nothing.
Good tune

If anyone has ever wanted to buy a suppressor, now is the time.
They are getting approved in as little as two days. Six months ago the wait time was almost a year.
A good entry level suppressor, which you can purchase for around $500 (including tax stamp) is Witt Machine & Tool Co.
http://https://wittmachine.net/product-category/suppressor/
If there’s interest, I can start a separate thread going over recommendations for different types of firearms, their pros and cons, and where to find the best deals.
There’s a steep learning curve to suppressors as some are direct thread, and then they are a plethora of mounts (some of which are proprietary).
The pic above is my PSA ARV in 9mm.. It’s basically part AR, part MP5, and takes CZ scorpion mags.
It has a threaded barrel, so you can just take off the thread protector and thread directly onto the barrel. It also has tri-lug barrel so you can directly mount a suppresor with tri-lug mount.
I can make more a detailed post in the future covering suppressor ready comps and their mounts when I have time.
By the way I think the PSA ARV is one of the best pcc’s (pistol caliber carbines) for the price, and offers tons of utility. If I hear something go bump in the night, I’m not grabbing a handgun. I have several 35 round mags within reach filled with hollow points.
You can get one here starting at $850.

I’ve swapped out the trigger for a hiperfire pdi, upgraded to a B5 systems grip, upgraded the milspec charging handle to a geissele super, added a KAW Valley 10oz tungsten buffer, and a primary arms SLX MD-25 red dot.
My other bump in the night option
300 Blackout PSA 7inch Marauder upper and PSA lower
Added a live free or die co Kung fu grip, PSA 3.5lb flat match trigger, Daniel Defense stock, PSA premium bolt carrier group, and Vortex Spitfire 1x prism optic.
You can buy the same 300blk upper here for $200

Palmetto State Armory (PSA) is really doing the lord’s work making sure almost anyone can afford to be armed and protect their family.
You can get a serviceable AR for under $500. And I suggest you do, as things are only getting worse.
Anyone with questions, feel free to DM me if you don’t want to ask them here.
Picture of both: PSA AR-V 7 inch barrel 9mm
PSA Marauder 7 inch barrel 300 blackout
If you stay ready you don’t have to get ready.
Willie is still scared of Yebsite after all these years

Speaking of 300 Blackout, ammo is not cheap atm. You’re usually looking at 60+ cents a round.
If you aren’t running a can, the absolute best round you can use imo is the AAC 110gr v-max. It’s currently sold out right now and usually runs $13.99 for a box of 20, but is absolutely devastating.
https://palmettostatearmory.com/aac-...rd-bundle.html
This 110gr Sabre black tip is very similar, and in stock for $12.99.
https://palmettostatearmory.com/aac-...mmunition.html
Studies have been done of officer involved as well as civilian shootings that show the majority of people that are shot with 9mm survive.
This will not be the case with 110gr vmax 300BO. If you get shot with one you are going to have a very bad day, but the good news is it will be over soon.
Like I said before, Palmetto State Armory is doing the lord’s work. You can get a serviceable AR for $370 by ordering the following.
The lower: $120
https://palmettostatearmory.com/psa-...h-7779346.html
The upper: $250
https://palmettostatearmory.com/psa-...e-7779344.html
Is this the best AR you can buy? Absolutely not, but it will go bang and put anyone trying to harm you or your family in the forever box.
I never got into the 300 blackout round, but it’s interesting.
I did buy a PSA internal kit for my current AR.
