I still feel sorry about this whole situation. I was always in vengeance mode all of my life, now see how grace allows for forgiveness. There is no excuse for the sin, his punishment is lifelong. I hope 4D finds through the love of God peace and healing.

All I could find was reference to the case which was closed on 1/4/18.

It is true that he owes like $2k in court fees (including a late fee), but that's all I see besides probation.

I worked for an ISP up until a few months back. I noticed one morning that one of our main network engineers had not been there in several days. I asked what happened to him and was told "ummmmmmmmmmmm yeah he was on some websites he probably shouldn't have been on and is going to be in prison for a little while". The name is Haniel Goertz. I found minimal info online but seems to be a very similar situation. He got a year in federal prison.

One guy in the office was defending him and said the way they popped him is his darknet desktop icon was actually a very small child porn photo. He was an obvious queer, but I can't say I really suspected this.

And in Michigan, there's three levels. Well, 4D is a Tier Two offender. Probably for the last item below, "Distributing or Promoting Child Sexually Abusive Material".

BTW, *** 4D is currently "not-compliant" with the registry ***. Meaning he hasn't paid his "fee" or updated his current address on time or both.
