This is why I only watch tennis and billiards in person. Fucking pickle ball crowds are a disgrace with their rowdiness. Will never support such a disrespectful sport

The one and only reason I posted up Doyle's burial place was human interest. I knew where Doyle was going to be buried years ago. It started when I was researching a great grand aunt, Martha Alabama Crimm Brunson (1859-1910). I discovered she married William Lee Brunson in Newton County, Mississippi in 1878. They had 4 kids.
The first thing I thought of was this William Lee Brunson is probably related to Doyle Brunson. So I traced Doyle's and William Lee's lines back to Isaac Brunson (1680-1739) of South Carolina. He is their most recent common ancestor. Isaac is a 5X great grandfather to Doyle and a 4X great grandfather to William Lee. That makes Doyle and William Lee 5th cousins, one generation removed.
When starting the research on Doyle it was easy enough to go to Find a Grave looking for Brunson's buried in Texas. I found Doyle's grandfather buried at Palava. I also discovered that was where Doyle's daughter, Doyla was buried. She lived to be just 19 and died of a heart valve problem. So anyway's since she was buried there it was a no brainer that was where Doyle would be buried.
So my great grand aunt and William Lee Brunson have many descendents. They are cousins of Doyle's and also cousins of mine.
When he died I posted up in this thread where he would be buried, information that I readily had. If you have ever read any obituaries they always say where the person will be buried. That's all I did. Religion played no role.

In April, 1992 I walked into Binion's Horseshoe and stumbled onto the WSOP. There were poker tables everywhere both cash and tournament. I became enthralled and hung around for three days watching the main event unfold.
One day I saw Doyle Brunson, Stu Unger and Bobby Baldwin sitting and waiting patiently at a poker table while announcements were made about every 10 minutes to start a $200-$400 No Limit Kansas City Lowball game at their table.
It went on for a few hours and no one took the bait. I remember thinking "Damn, those guys don't care who walks in the door and sits down. They'll take on anybody. The whole goddam world is welcome."
They gave up after a few hours.
