I'm going to go back at the end of the season and look at my record regarding Detroit.
It's gotta be almost .000, to the point where my non-Detroit NBA picks are probably doing damn well overall.
I'm about to lose another one. I've got to stay away from that team. I simply don't understand them, apparently.
On the bright side (for the moment), the Mavs are ahead by 9 near the beginning of the 3rd, and that's a +210.
Who is this masked man?
I want to bet Oregon so badly. +8.5 is a lot of points. If I see 9 I will be morally obligated. Oregon shooting so well. Only chance is to keep that up.
I have Texas Tech a little larger than usual.
Good job with Purdue.
Hope you sweep
shoeshine box is the guy who called into radio recently and talked about his cancer.
He's dealt to me at the WSOP and other places over the years in Vegas. Somehow I always run well when he deals to me.
simp's losing his touch...took CHI/SJ a whole period and a quarter to go over the game total...
Simp 4-2 on his posted plays
Don’t give up on him.
Hawks Sharks was like the old days.
Dallas crapped the bed at the end. Very disappointing. The swing of a +210 moneyline bet is huge.
I've lost 6 in a row for the first time this season.
May not have time today to post.
MLB: Jays over 9 (or 8.5 if you can get it).
Time for my first MLB picks. Three dogs, who also happen to be home teams.
Miami (T. Richards) +146 vs. Colorado (Marquez) - Richards, who has been though to have hidden upside, had an incredibly dominant spring, especially his final start
Seattle (Kikuchi) +125 vs. Boston (Eovaldi) - Kikuchi, a long-sought-after Japanese pitcher just hitting his prime age (27), looked great in his first start against Oakland last week (in what was a real regular season game)
Tampa (Morton) +130 vs. Houston (Cole)
NBA:
Atlanta +125 vs. Portland - Nurkic out for season, McCollum out
Some very interesting picks.
I had similar Miami Rockies thoughts this morning but took a different tack.

Description:
MLB - 952 Colorado Rockies/Miami Marlins under 4 -125 for 1st 5 Innings W

Seattle Boston sooo tempting and tasty. Can’t wait to see how that curve ball fares against Sawks batters.
Sawks/Mariners under 4.5 -125 1st 5 innings L
MLB - 953 St. Louis Cardinals -105 for Game W
Brewers prolly don’t have Hader (2 innings yesterday) other injuries. It’s the Cardinals
For NCAA sickos. Just an admission of guilt. Hardly a sharp play. We will see
NCAA - 674 North Carolina -5½ -110 for Game L
MLB - 957 ARIZONA DIAMONDBACKS +159 FOR GAME
Robbie Ray DBacks & bullpen was saved. Tremendous value
Diamondbacks/Dodgers under 4 -130 for 1st 5 innings W

MINNESOTA WILD/VEGAS GOLDEN KNIGHTS UNDER 1½ +100 FOR 1ST PERIOD W
Another loss with Atlanta in the NBA. Them and Detroit... what a disaster.
What's sad is I had a winning season finally going (by 3 units) until this 0-7 slump. That puts me down to 4 units under breakeven.
The one good thing (until now) about my NBA was that I did not go into any prolonged slump. I also failed to establish any kind of real winning streak, but I didn't slump.
7 in a row... brtual. Some dogs in there so it makes more sense, but still...
So far in MLB...
Tampa is beating Houston 4-2. There might be a lot of value in Tampa this year.
Miami got ahead on a Curtis Granderson HR (lol), and Richards pitched great as expected, but the team blew bases loaded in the 6th, and now the Rockies got ahead 2-1. Sanlmar might hit 'em both.
I wish I had thought of the under 4 for first 5 innings. Perfect game for that. Marquez dominated on the road last year, and Richards dominated in the spring this year. And Miami has a lolbad offense. I'll look more at things like that in the future.
I heard today the books are talking about 1st inning bets
Worthless but I see the ADD Twitter generation needs this to stay engaged
Well, the Rays did it. 4-2 win.
The Marlins are getting pounded in the 9th and aren't coming back. 3 runs are like 10 for this team.
Lost the Atlanta NBA by 20. Sadly I was considering the Denver moneyline instead of Atlanta, but went with Atlanta.
It's all up to the Mariners, and our 27-year-old Japanese warrior Yusei Kikuchi, who I drafted last year in an NL keeper league, just to see him finally sign with an AL team this year.

AValanche goalie Gruber 7 straight games not allowing goal 1st period. Trends are to be ridden not faded.

Forgot to post. I was a mess today.

Livin the Druff Life
Looks like Simp is gonna go 3-0 with his non-moneyline NHL picks.
Once again I looked at this too late. I did my picks today in the morning, then couldn't access the internet for awhile.
Honestly it's pretty amazing how much he's been right. Too bad there's not much time left.
what an ending to the MIN/VGK game...Dubnyk stones a guy with like 4 seconds left...
thanks again simp...you are a fucking sicko...
Red Sox breaking my heart all over again.
Totally looking like a 2-1 MLB dog day, with the Mariners up 6-1.
Then the Sox slowly clawed back to 6-4, but the Mariners got super lucky in the 9th with a weird double play to get out of a bases loaded 1 out jam.
Still 6-4 in the 9th, and Giants castoff Hunter Strickland gave up a 3-run HR to Mitch Moreland.
Strickland is a punk. This guy doesn't have the internal fortitude to be a closer.
Now, barring a bottom of the 9th scoring, the Mariners are going to blow a 6-1 lead and lose.
:gay3
Gonzaga -4.5
Purdue +4
GA meeting must be going nuts today...
looks like we have some fish in the barrel shit for first periods:
TB/WSH O
DAL/VAN U
CHI/LAK O
You do realize Atlanta is now in a position where they have to start losing now right? Not just your standard run of the mill tanking either, as they obviously haven’t been doing that with wins against playoff teams recently.
But they currently have 5th worst record, 2.5 games up on Mavs who have the 6th. The Hawks own the Mavs first round pick, which is top 5 protected this year. The Hawks absolutely want that pick to convey this year.
The new lottery odds don’t make that as likely as in the past but there is a clear distinction and advantage for the Hawks to be 5th and Mavs 6th in standings.
Betting on Hawks ML at this point just isn’t wise. Don’t be surprised if Young and Collins sit out some games the rest of the way.
Martial Arts #24129 C Kenney/R Borg under 2½ +175 for Game
Last minute:
Atlanta (Wilson) +132 at Philadelphia (Pivetta)
Here's one you have some time to bet.
Miami (P. Lopez) +121 vs. Colorado (T. Anderson) - Tyler Anderson had an ERA of almost 8 this spring, Lopez looked good. Miami should get their first win today.
And one NBA, if you dare challenge my 7-game losing streak:
Miami at New York - Under 209
Well this sucks.
In my haste to get out that Braves bet, I accidentally bet Philly -1.5 +140 on one book and Atlanta +132 on the other. I saw the +140 and just thought it was a better line for Atlanta. Stupid.
So now I have opposite sides on the game. Atlanta is up 3-0 in the first, so it was a good pick (at least so far).
But if it wins, I'm only going to win 0.17 of a unit instead of 1.32 units. Fucking annoying. Only thing that would be worse would be if Philly wins the game by 1.
Leafs puckline. More to come. Loss
Leafs over 1.5 first period Loss
Hawks over 1.5 first period
Hawks -130 moneyline
Nashville -115 Loss
Nashville/CBJ under 5.5 for game Loss
Sanlmar: Druff doesn’t read the forum. It has been covered extensively
When you’re right you’re right. Wish I could rep your rep.
No SJ O or DAL U tonight simp?
