food looks so good I bumped your post to the next page...
I never heard of this green egg untill now. Is it easy to use?

Extremely easy. The hardest part to learn is heat control and you pick up that after a few uses. It is just regulating air flow. I never marinade steaks, but I saw a recipe from a high rated restaurant and tried it out. Med rare ribeye. Picture doesn't do it justice.
Beware of sales. Jamie Oliver, supposedly a Chef managed to put his name
on uncooked, frozen burger patties.
I don't know how it's possible to fuck-up a simple burger but it has now been done.
It is certified Humane however, but that only applies to the cow.

I'm trying to figure out what meat to make for the Super Bowl. I'll let you decide. Here are my choices
1. Smoked brisket
2. Smoke pork butt (pulled pork)
3. Ribs and wings
4. Smoked chickens
5. Smoked turkey
I'm leaning brisket. I've never done one myself before but have eaten plenty of others.
Made these the other day when they were on sale so could afford.
Oven baked turkey we serve(all of our meats are cured in house)
Provolone cheese
Romaine head lettuce
Tomato
Thin sliced red onion
Mayo
Balsamic Reduction
on a French roll.
Money...But not really. 6.70$ with chips or an apple and 8.70 with house cut fries
Italian Sub Pizza.
It's hard to see but pepperoni, ham, onions and mayo are underneath the lettuce, tomatoes, and Italian dressing.
Druff would not approve cause it has tomatoes.
I felt like mixing it up and it's actually tasty but I wish I got a smaller size cause I'm sure the lettuce gonna get nasty tomorrow.
How many Philly cheesesteaks can you eat?
i'm all for trying new things, but that pizza looks god awful BnP
i can't stand warm lettuce, and like you said the day after is prolly much worse
Under 5$
2.50$
<1.00$
<1.00$ portion used

Also feel free to add your favorite hot sauce.
I added
Brisket is expensive compared to your other smoking choices. It can also be difficult to execute properly (beware "the stall") and time varies more than the others. For these reasons, I choose brisket every time at a restaurant! I just smoked a shoulder today. For the big game, I would go ribs and wings. Happy smoking!
Of course, you could try something like this: http://www.smoking-meat.com/january-...for-super-bowl
Quick and easy.... Ground beef and pork

It's called a volcano around these parts.
Tortilla made crisp in a skillet layered with re-fried beans, cheese, carne asada, mushrooms, guacamole, and green and red sauce.
Can also be made with pastor.
Freshwater blue lobster.
