Well the first step is admitting he has a problem. Hopefully he get the help he needs and pays you guys what he owes.

I have not read anything in this thread. Everyone wants to know about 22Q I guess. I did not roll them. What I did do was allow someone else to make a donation to receive the tax benefits, however, I have tried and failed to acquire the proof so the 22Q debt is included in the money owed because I realize how me saying that points to me being guilty and I accept that people will assume that I did horrible things. I am not sure what else to say. I made mistakes, I want to fix them. I did not steal from a charity, but I cannot prove the money was donated with hard proof so I will make good on that as well.

Why not name the person? They scammed you and you are just going to take the blame? If they really scammed a charity their name should be made public and authorities should be contacted.

The email that I am sending this from is one that will be checked at least once a day and I will provide a new phone number to everyone as soon as I get one. I will respond to everyone through those channels. I don’t want to hide and run from anything, I would rather take responsibility for the things I have done and provide a solution.

.- I will pay everyone everything that I owe them with interest.
- I will be entering a treatment program

I have begun the process of seeking employment. Until my debts are made good then all of my money will go toward making them good. I have downsized my life incredibly and my cost of living is at a minimum right now. I am hoping to have all debts paid off as soon as possible, it may take me 6-9 months but I assure everyone that I will make constant and consistent payments to ensure everyone is made whole. Until I have a job, my job will be to get a job.

Right now I have outstanding debts of $12,200.00. I would like the opportunity to prove that I intend to make everything right. I am willing to pay 10% interest to everyone who I have wronged. That leaves a total debt of $13,420.00. I am happy to be in regular contact with anyone that I owe money to and work to make things right.

The only thing that I ask is that you leave my family and friends alone and deal with me directly; I promise to make return contact with anyone within 24 hours of contacting me. I do not currently have constant internet access but I will have daily access to the internet as well as a phone that will be available to anyone 24/7 within a week.

I will make equal shared payments to everyone that I owe money to on a weekly or biweekly basis (depending on my pay schedule) until everyone is made whole.

Please do not take my absence from internet forums as a sign that I am not taking ownership of my mistakes, I just feel that it will not be helpful in my correcting everything to spend hours focusing on radio shows or forums instead of working to get everything squared away.

I truly apologize for my actions and I hope that even though everyone hates me right now that my actions moving forward will speak to the kind of person I am trying to become.

When someone admits they have a problem that is the first step and I hope you will follow through with what you say as that is the right thing to do but it don't excuse someones actions when they do everything that was done.

People would like answers regarding 22q, where the BAP money went, and I'm sure China, Drexel, pikachar, and everyone involved in VPR/FilthyLimper/Podcast Vegas would like their answers regarding their alleged ownership stake, real expenses with the site, and any advertising money that really came in.

Please address these issues especially the 22q issue which no offense to those in the BAP but rolling a charity is a more serious offense.

Who donated that money? Have that person contact 22Q for a receipt. They're a small organization. Surely they would remember a $3k check being written. Also, what was your kickback in allowing somebody else to donate that money? Furthermore, the only person legally allowed to make a tax write off on that donation is the people who sent that money to you. Not you, or anybody else.

I have emailed everyone effected and I will talk to JoeU and 22Q as soon as possible. Everyone effected has my email address. I have to go now, but everything I said is sincere and honest.

I am happy to answer to anyone via email and they are welcome to repost my responses here but I can't consistently post here at the moment and the entire situation is something that I would like to rectify and need to make the proper steps to doing that.

He is hoping people are. Until he provides answers this is not going to go away and this might be his attempt to get people to back off then maybe over time forget this but people won't and shouldn't do that.

His family should know about his rollings. It may be sad to them but they deserve to know and maybe they can help him because he clearly needs help.

The 22q answer he just gave sounds like complete bullshit. They don't get those kind of donations regularly and why didn't he just submit the money through the 22q site in total? He says he did it this way so someone else could get tax credits? So he wants someone else to commit fraud since it wasn't their money yet now they want to claim they donated it which is fraud itself? That is if anyone actually believes that story from him at all.
