Another question, at your second hearing, there were a couple sentences that weren’t exactly clear to me - was your attorney going to deny that you were “Kevin Davis/YSE”? Or not contest it like his decision with the “recording” and let the judge rule simply on the 1st amendment issue alone without clouding it with issues that were insignificant to the final ruling?
