A little further digging reveals that Facebook Watch is some sort of Streaming Video server similar to Youtube.

Players Club in Ventura is mostly a poker room, and is not allowed by law to run casino games. They have some modified table games as allowed by California law. It's not an Indian casino, so there's very little for Chrissy to play there.
