When I was just a waiter in Manhattan. If the room was of generally conservative crowd they were good tippers and not demanding at all. They had a general respect for a bunch of kids who were I working there way through school. Very. Encouraging.. When we had a crowd that was more liberal like wiengarden the HEAD OF THE TEACHERS UNION.. They were horrible tippers and did nothing but complain..HMMM JUST SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT.
