Are you kidding me? Aside from her time in the Senate, she was never really in a position where she had to do any kind of bipartisan negotiation. And as Chris Christie famously said to Marco Rubio, being in the Senate isn't really a decision-making position.

It's not like she was a governor where she got both sides of the aisle to agree, allowing bipartisan laws to be passed. Hillary has no such experience uniting the two parties.
