That has been a hard-hit area because of NYC's mishandling of the entire situation. There have been trains full of people coming in and out of NYC from Connecticut every day.
Exactly why the tide needs to turn to those with conditions or who CHOOSE as Americans to continue to isolate should isolate. The others need to build herd immunity and get on with it.

Not to say that healthy people in their 40s aren't dying from this (they are), but I'm not sure he's a good example of a typical "healthy" 40-something who got decimated by COVID-19. Might be some underlying risks he took that we're not hearing about.
