1. How did the cops know the guy was out of ammo?
2. Even if they somehow knew for sure he was out of clips, the chief mentions them throwing explosives, and possibly being wired with bombs on themselves. Why would the cops just bumrush the guy?
3. The brother somehow only ran over his own brother without hitting any of the cops?
IMO, a BPD ran this fool over during a break in the shooting. I'm still glad the fuckhead is dead, but this sure smells like a coverup, and could explain how the younger brother was able to get away so easily.

Technology could do this. With much more accuracy than random bag checks and all. It creates other problems though. One is money, the U.S credit is not the best it's ever been, and we are short of printing money.
