The one thing keeping Stacy from leaving Chrissy and Bubs is that she's too old to pop out further children at this point. Remember, she's over 3 years older than he is.
I think she initially believed she was running off and starting a "new family" with Chrissy, and leaving the old one behind. She justified it in her mind that she had already lost custody of her daughter, so might as well bounce to Vegas with the new baby and start a new "successful" life with Chrissy Bottoms.
She won't get a similar fresh start this time at this age. Furthermore, I'm sure her daughter (now around 15) is quite aware that Mommy abandoned her, and is never going to be too close to her. I'm guessing the girl just goes through the motions when Chirssy, Stacy, and Bubs visit. I feel really bad for her. Props to Stacy's ex Brian for taking full responsibility for the girl and raising her on his own.
I really think Stacy has gone all-in with Chrissy and his scam life at this point, and will sink or swim with the consequences. However, I don't doubt that she will claim some sort of Stockholm Syndrome type defense if they are both arrested, and probably dodge prison time so she can take care of Bubs. It's also clear that Chrissy is the ringleader of the scam, so prosecutors will probably go much easier on her.
CM is not going to get arrested for running his gambling coaching scam, I'll believe it when I see it. That's not to say there's no chance he gets arrested, who knows what this guy is into.
Druff, maybe you'll be contacting your youtube attorney in the not so distance future, is it possible you could have him spend five minutes sending off an email to youtube about CM's obvious ban evasion? I suspect the channel is under Stacy's name so getting a black mark against her would be good to keep the walls closing in.
A few losing session will thin out the herd of people willing to pay $99 a month so cutting off CM's ability to reach new victims will cripple him.

One thing has become rather clear…there is something going on with him and MGM properties. He talks about how he always felt that Flamingo is “bottom of the totem pole” (which…to be fair…it kind of is…but that said I don’t mind staying there at all) so you know it’s killing him to stay there. I don’t think he’s been banned from MGM. But clearly he’s not staying at those properties anymore for a reason. It’s mostly Caesars hotels now except for the meet-up, which was at Resorts World (where they don’t know him yet). Wonder if MGM finally stopped giving him offers.
