I have come to the conclusion that this is so painfully easy to solve that it’s embarrassing that hasn’t been already.
1. Cops have to wear and use body cams when they are on duty (not turning them on would be a criminal offense)
2. Independent review board formed in every community to review footage and release to public and forward on to DA
3. Increased penalties for resisting arrest
