All that said, what gets me is how she is always responsible for the child. Carrying him in all the videos on her chest.(have we ever seen mr. fitness ever had that chest strap on;on him?) Even in the restaurants she has to wear a hoodie(because why dress up when an almost 3 year old is strapped to you) while he is in a dress shirt. I couldn't even imagine the conversations. One day later still at 17 sponsors but now listed at $720. So he dropped one and picked one at less or someone (or multiples) dropped their donation amount. $45 difference is one $50 turning into $5. Very interesting. In any event no rush from his “students” to sign up.

I was thinking about Chrissy’s odds to win an appeal.
Initially, as Card Shark said, I think his channel got terminated due to having the contest in December as well as in January. The contest itself a violation as well as not actually paying anything out (fraud). I actually hope I’m wrong on this being the reason. I say that because I think he has a much better chance of winning his appeal if this is the reason for account termination vs. the reason being Youtube combing over all his videos and realizing the entire channel is a scam to promote to suckers and sell them less than worthless strategies and to sell them less than worthless Facebook groups admissions for an outrageous fee.

With the contest, yes it broke the rules but he will just claim “He didn’t know it was against the rules”. I think if this is the case there is a strong chance they bring him back on some type of probationary period, possibly even giving him 2 strikes as part of the return agreement. Let’s say a channel like Mr. Beast or Logan Paul did the same thing, would they bring them back? Of course. But Chrissy isn’t Mr. Beast or LP. Chrissy is much smaller. This may somewhat work in his advantage since he can claim ignorance being a one man production.

If the termination was based off Youtube realizing his entire channel is a scam, I believe there is an almost zero percent chance he wins the appeal and returns. I really hope they dug deep and were able to piece it all together.

Druff, when your attorney contacts Youtube about Chrissy posting on 2 other channels while being terminated, maybe he can also briefly explain to them, although unsure of the exact reason for termination, he can explain how the entire scam fits together, just incase there is a chance they only terminated him based off of the contest alone. I think while the channel is terminated and under appeal, it would have the best odds of them taking a closer look at everything. I think coming from a lawyer, it would definitely get the legal dept. to take a closer look vs. something like KD’s “Copied and Pasted” reports from his numerous channels.

Bart, You can take CM to small claims court in Clark County Nevada. Very inexpensive, depending on the amount usually under $100 to file. Take a trip to Vegas to have fun on the court date. If you win - great, if not you inconvenience him. I would suggest paying the minimal fee to have the sheriff serve him, since it can be proven he got it. If anyone else serves him it's not given the same level of credibility. He can say he wasn't served. If Sheriff Serves him they take it as fact. Maybe the certified cock sucker no shows and you win by default. If you decide to do it im sure Druff can help you prepare a good legal argument.




Edit: After brief research, the statue of limitations MAY be 2 years in Nevada. Not sure when you paid him. If your serious about filing, many of us here can help.
