He is criticizing 400k per year paying 50% of that in taxes. What Chrissy fails to understand is that wether your an MD making 400k per year or a scum of the earth scammer bringing in 400k per year, your personal income tax bracket is the same.

Chrissy is basically saying he has an income source that makes it Easier to hide his actual income and not pay taxes on it.

Because we all know Chrissy is not filing a tax return with the correct amount he scammed. My guess is he says his net income is somewhere around $20 to $30k. With a wife and child he can make a fair amount ($20-30k) before he actually has to pay federal tax. Also, I’m sure he has to consider how much he puts down to keep his FREE government insurance for himself, the SKANK, and Silent Bubs. I just can’t see this cock sucker paying a monthly insurance premium even if he has a plan that is highly subsidized by the Federal Government. I bet it’s free vs. him paying out of pocket for a highly subsidized plan each month.

Side note: $800k seems extremely high, however not impossible. Sometimes people include the “Cost of living” in with the schooling cost. Some student loans include these cost in with the loan. In theory if you go to a prestigious school for 8 plus years and don’t work, breaking it down to $100k per year for school plus the cost of living is definitely plausible. $800k can definitely be spent over 8 years, I think the bigger issue is actually getting a loan for this amount. My guess is folks that get anywhere near this in student loan debt is mostly privately held debt. They likley qualify for what money they can from government or government backed loans then have their well qualified (credit wise) parents co-sign for private loans that make up the rest of the amount. All in all, its probably a super small percentage that carry this high of a dollar amount of student loan debt.

Given he was unirnonically singing King of Wishful Thinking the other day, he really has no idea of consequences.

Didn't Chrissy's mom die of cancer? If so, he can't really blame doctors for it (and especially not prescription meds).

I think he's just bashing this med student because he feels insecure. Someone pointed out that the med student will go on to help people (regardless of how much money he does or doesn't make), and Chrissy responded that the guy will probably do more harm than good.

While it's true that some shitty doctors do more harm than good, the fact is that modern medicine has made a tremendous difference in quality and length of life in the last century.

The cold, hard truth is that Chrissy's existence simply creates misery for a lot of people. He first gives them false hope, and then he causes them to chunk off their life savings, while following his losing advice sold under false pretenses. It would actually be much better if he just outright stole the $1000 from them, because at least the damages would end there, and nobody would be devastated by it. Here it's the 1-2 punch of paying for phony "winning" advice, and then losing much more when trying to implement it.
