Someone has come up with a promising way to put a stopper in Joe Biden's chinese ass on the Paris Accord. Obama had committed us to cut emissions by like 25% by 2025. Meanwhile, China has all kinds of sweetheart deals to continue to pollute. China Joe has sworn to go back to the Paris Accord when he gets in. It will be another wreck on the American economy. It will destroy the good paying jobs of the energy industry and cause fuel prices to soar.
So what can Trump do before leaving office? He can recognize the Paris Accord as a real treaty then send it to the Senate before Jan 20. The senate will have to vote on it. McConnell can simply refuse to bring it up for a vote. That will leave it in limbo. Even if a vote were taken it would need two-thirds to pass.
