What if she said "Collin Kaepernick is a shitty quarterback"?

If the parking lot has nothing to hide, we should see the full video.
Certainly there has been enough demand for it by now.
If they refuse to show us, they need to STFU and GTFO, and we should dismiss it.
FTR, I didn't say it Jimmy. The fat chick with no teeth did.
ah come on, you know those sleezy people don't master plan anything, they are too stupid and lazy....
they had a celebrity fall into their scam and saw a chance to squeeze something more from her
and if Disney/ABC/ESPN tossed her cute little behind out because of this, now she has a rep as an exploited woman/conservative values person with a place waitiing for her on Lifetime Channel with similar bitches or on Fox News pairing her sweet young tush with one of their limp dick middle age anchors
"Bandit" tow truck scams: http://www.fraudguides.com/cars/bandit-tow-truck-scams/
Pretty much exactly what I was describing.
Of course Salnmar and jsearles will say that this is a perfectly legitimate business practice.
Did I call this shit, or what?Quote:
Advanced Towing Company, LLC currently has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau and there have been 40 complaints to the BBB about the company in the last three years. The company also made negative headlines earlier this month, when an Arlington father said his car -- with his two children inside -- were nearly towed away during a recent trip to a local CVS when an Advanced Towing driver didn't see the children initially.
Tow companies that work private parking lots at night are the absolute worst.
At least now I know why she didn't call her a n-word.

Five pages for absolute fluff. Welcome to 2015.
Americans really don't know how to use the word cunt.
You see druff even though we are classified as conservatives we are actually rational and objective with our belief system. The areas that are over regulated or unregulated.. these useful idiots have no clue. Calling us progressives etc...
It's like the example I make with Ted Cruz and evangelism but nothing on rev Wright. Or Fox news but nothing on msnbc, etc etc.. there idiots..
This just happens to be an area were collusion is rampant it's very difficult to reverse what has been done to you and more regulation is needed..

The better business bureau is a racket unto itself. Its a worthless organization. All small business owners know this. Its a sham so what they say/think is worthless.
YOU TOW THOSE CHILDREN NEXT TIME ZERO MERCY
Lol @ this abortion of a thread. Niggas in here really arguing "I should be allowed to park on private property with no repercussions"
lol in your idyllic fat sconsin life sizzles youve never come across shitty tow companies MUST BE NICE BREH
I wonder if the stupid twat has a degree in communications. If so, she probably spent her entire college time buying shit for n-words on her dad's credit card and then getting trains run on her by said football playing negroes.
I'm actually starting to side with Druff here somewhat. But I am still against the "you can park illegally" bit. I think morals come in to play here. Just because you can get away with illegally parking for 45 minutes before they can tow you doesn't mean that you are entitled too.
Now back to the problem at hand. This situation worries me as it is reflective of an ongoing trend of "customer shaming". We've seen this lots in the restaurant industry and its floored me that servers aren't fired for posting about poor tips from celebrities ect. Its extremely poor form and customers should not fear being publicly shamed for leaving bad tips or other behaviours. Maybe its because I work in a field where confidentiality is highly valued but this stuff doesn't sit well with me.
Case in point what we have here. The video recordings are for employee security and should not be used for anything else IMO. Gina reports releasing the video in order to show others what she deals with. First of all, if that's the case there was no need to identify the individual. Secondly I'm sure she has dealt with stuff that is 10x worse. And of course there is the edited tape.
Again I think the real problem here is a trend of businesses publicly shaming customers.
lol if youre a shitty tipper you deserve to be publicly shamed and have your address and social security posted
Not sure if you are serious. But in the case that you are. I leave a standard tip of 20% except the barber which is normally 80% (ya I do the 12 dollar cut....). Problem is if the rare time you get horrible service you and tip poorly you should not be in fear of reprisal. No one knows your side and how horrible the service was. There are rare occasions where a 0% tip is more than deserved. I've probably only done this once in my life but still.
ive never been given horrible service to the point where i couldnt rationalize what the other person was dealing with and i eat out alot and have never worked in a service industry
barber tips is interesting cuz my shits about 17 usually but sometimes i switch it up and its 23 i feel like 4 or 5 there is right
and them im like really ur tipping 5 on a haircut is that just price of inflation or are you an idiot but then i go well i tip the massage guy 15 or 20 usually and my brain has no recourse
also lol at the raptors fucking blowing a 7 point lead IM OUT SON
Why tip the barber for the haircut he just charged you for? Tipping is out of control. Why not tip your CPA, lawyer, the cashier at Kroger, etc.?
I tip at the deli counter and my cold cuts are on fleek
Also druff do you see the circle of jewness Ur cultivating here if you don't tip your barber you're a piece of shit and likely raised by trash
5-7 dollar tip is absolutely standard. Anyone that tries to rationalize not tipping their barber is a n-word.
The state of California, which has 1/9 of this country's entire population, also says you should be able to park in an open-to-the-public, free lot without getting towed, provided you don't hog up the space for more than an hour.
I think that a carefully-researched state law in the biggest state of the nation carries a lot of weight over the opinion of a few forum posters who believe that business owners should have the right to run a tow for profit scam because it's "their property".
If you want to make the MORAL argument that it's not right to park in a lot of a business that you're not using, I can understand that, but it's also not a realistic argument. If you couldn't find any other parking, and you only needed to park for 5-10 minutes, you would park in that nearby lot 100% of the time, as would I.
The problem here with your position is that towing is a very serious violation of personal property, as basically it's granting the legal right to a third party to take something (very valuable) from you without your permission. So towing laws were crafted in most states to be a last resort -- something you only are allowed to do when all lesser options are exhausted. And in no states were towing laws drafted with the intent that the person calling for the tow should make a PROFIT from the situation. There should absolutely never be a situation where you are making reliable money from getting cars towed from your property.
California recognized all of this (as did many other states), which is why they required an hour to pass before the person can be towed from a private-but-open-to-everyone-for-free lot, thus largely killing the ability for tow trucks to lie in wait and victimize otherwise well-meaning parkers.
It is hilarious that you are still arguing against my points, even after I posted proof that California has already researched the exact problem I'm presenting, and came up with the exact solution I posted.
Regarding tipping barbers, it actually is ridiculous to tip the barber if he owns his own shop. You still have to do it because he expects it, and may not want you back if you don't, but it's still ridiculous.
Tipping barbers spawned from the fact that many barbers and other cosmetologists only make a fraction per haircut of what you pay, as they either have to surrender a large percentage of it back to the shop owner, or they have to pay a high hourly rate to be there. So the tip offsets this so they can still make an okay living cutting your hair.
However, if your hair is being cut by a barber who owns his own shop, then he doesn't need a tip, as he's already keeping 100% of what you're paying him. And if he's not making enough at the rate he's charging, he should just raise it.
Similarly, this is why people tip hotel maids but not their own cleaning lady at home. If your cleaning lady at home isn't making enough, you just raise her rates -- you don't tip someone who is working for themselves and shows up to do a service for you.
Tip shaming is really horrible, though. It is pretty much bullying and scaring the public into tipping even if the service is horrible.
It is defeating the purpose of tips, which is to reward good (or at least adequate) service.
If the customer gets punished in any way for withholding a tip (whether justified or not justified), then it's being implied that the customer never has a choice whether to tip or not, which is obviously wrong.
And if you really do have a chronic non-tipper coming into your establishment, there's an easy solution to the matter: Ask him to leave and never come back. Problem solved.
Woatelles Is banking on running out of hair soon always tip Ur barber slobs
I know you insist higher taxes be forcefully confiscated from wages to subsidize contemporary outrages union demands. I know at the same time you won't hire union labor to fix your house. There is no confidentiality agreement with minimum wage workers not to talk about the Marxist snobs who take a dollar off the table because the minimum wage worker didn't kiss your ASS enough for your early bird special or you!! Feel you didn't get your dollars worth.. I hate progressives like you.. I gtd you that on a general level conservatives(not neo cons) are less demanding and better tipers. The most demanding people who are very cheap with their own money are city workers and liberals. We get a lot of m.t.a workers from the city and they don't tip well and if you make a mistake on there food will actually tell me how come you don't fire such n such.. Everybody is a hypocrite and everything is an oxymoron especially unionized city workers and progressives like "rain check " over here.
Literally every other state laughs at California. Legally, most courts won't even recognize precedents set in California. It's well known that California is one of the worst run states in our country. California is literally a joke. So all these justifications regarding "California did it" fall on deaf ears. In fact, I would use the same argument- "California did it" , so it's most likely wrong
Druff, your argument against towing is essentially the same reason I'm against the parking thing. Here is a paragraph you just typed, but edited for me:
The problem here with your position is that parking, or using someone's property, is a very serious violation of personal property, as basically it's granting the legal right to a third party to use something (very valuable) of yours without your permission.
I can't fathom the stance of forcing me to allow you to park on my property? It's my property! I clearly can decide who I do and don't want there. It's basic property rights.
Lol @ you can't believe I disagree with you because California already decided such and such. So are you saying you agree with EVERYTHING on the books in California? I mean, it all is not to be disagreed with right?
The hour rule is the dumbest fucking "law" I've ever heard. Imagine you own a business next door to a very popular restaurant. Essentially there's nothing you can do about people parking in your lot, blocking spaces for your customers? That's absurd, it's your property! I'd actually listen to this with the caveat that it's after your posted business hours. But when your business is open? C'mon.....
Odd my rep went to the wrong jsearles post and no comment was made. What I was going to say is the business owner can still ticket those vehicles if its been under an hour so you still have some leverage.
