Micon was basically offering a gambling site that could be a front for laundered money via bitcoins when the law said gambling online was illegal. That is the reality.
That is punishable with jail time, somewhere north of 5 years.
Going overseas is the only alternative if you do not want to get arrested, if the Feds are pursuing, no idea if they are.
If the Feds are pursuing, you eventually will be caught. Unless you are absolutely determined to remain in a country with no extradition. That poses other social problems though, such as when people die back in the states and you want to attend the funeral. It's like being in the Witness Protection Program I would guess.
I have been to several third world small island tropical countries. You think it would be easy to just stay and drift aimlessly, and it's not. After a week there is literally nothing to do and you get island fever. Go to Grand Turk and tell me how you feel after three days. Now add a family and its a recipe for failure and it does not matter your bankroll.

Antigua is a WELL known U.S tax haven and it is tax season. Not saying anything is there but IRS audits go back 7 years and things might have got pretty heavy as of late. The IRS will say that you owe $2.5MM, and what if you only have like 200k??

You guys are forgetting what a crippling gambling problem Micon has always had. Very possible he is very cash poor atm and this $3 tourney stuff is all he can afford. Its not even like hes multitabling 18 of these at once, he is spending serious time playing this shit one after the other. Could any of u see Micon playing $3 tournies over and over if he is a millioniare? Obv not. Maybe the antigua move really is to expand SWC into other things, like fiat currency or a sportsbook.
