She can very easily say I had no idea that he had a gun or was going to start shooting(which is probably true), which would already lessen her culpability in the whole situation. Police have been searching for Harris since last Thursday. According to police, Harris fired shots from his black Range Rover at 27-year-old Kenneth Cherry Jr. as the two were driving in separate vehicles on the Las Vegas Strip. Cherry was struck by gunfire and killed. His Maserati crashed into other vehicles, including a taxi cab which exploded, killing 62-year-old Michael Boldon and his passenger Sandra Sutton-Wasmund.
