Where are all these public reports you speak of that explicitly say there is evidence any of these shops trafficked underage girls? I would be shocked if you could actually come up with anything that wasn’t vague conjecture.
Separate from the news reports that quote the police on this matter, I already provided a vid showing Salvation Army folks who mention this from their experience in the field working to give some of then comfort and hope. You, on the other hand, have provided no documented, or even personal anecdotal, evidence to support your claim that their is no substantial trafficking of younger women to work as sex workers in them. Provide the evidence to suppoet your claim, Dr. Hard Science.
You don’t prove negatives, you prove positives. You made a statement that something exists that doesn’t.
The defense rests your honor.

This is Li "Cindy" Yang photographed with the President and Junior. She was also photographed with 2 of the 3 most prominent members of Florida's Republican Party, Governor Ron DeSantis and Senator Rick Scott.
Cindy Yang is the original owner of Orchids of Asia when it was known as Tokyo Day Spa and Massage. She sold it around 2013 to Hua Zhang who was charged in the Kraft case.
According to internet reviews, there was sexual activity going on prior to 2013 and many of the women workers stayed on after the sale.
Cindy and family members still own Tokyo Day parlors that have attracted the interest of law enforcement.
She is a generous Republican donor.
I doubt that Junior, Scott, and DeSantis have any idea who she is. As for the President given his lifestyle, who knows?
The Miami Herald article fleshes out the details.
It’s also well known that Donald Trump lives in a house that was once occupied by men who supported slavery and raped women.

Kraft is now requesting a jury trial instead of a bench trial. Lawyers unconnected to the case have said that this will probably delay the case as jury trials are harder to schedule. The usual course of action for the Patriots in disputes is deny, deny, accuse. This beef they seem to be going with delay, delay, wear down the prosecution, get the charges dismissed, keep that tape from getting out. However, none of this is going to save Kraft from Goodell and the NFL with their punishment.
That case will never see a court room.
His legal team are, for now, stuck on trying to get him to fight this all the way with a non guilty verdict (but he's said he's sorry to the media...which, I dunno what that means.....unless it was "sorry I got caught").
FL DA is stuck on getting him to admit his guilt (either by admitting it and sealing the evidence in exchange for the plea; or having the case go to court, and since FL has some of the more robust public records laws in the nation, that means the video WILL come out).
Kraft may have a play however to get off....this case. 13 others along with him are also going the same route, which I get into detail below.
FL cops, despite their "trafficking" claims to the media, there hasn't actually been any trafficking charges levied to anyone within Jupiter's county....and FL cops tend to be over zealous about prosecuting these type of sex crimes historically (they prosecute sex crime like the North does gun crime):
While the overall sting is a big hit to the mega churches and the people who go to them to contribute to the sheriff's political campaigns (sheriffs run for office in FL), there's a bigger public distinction b/t consensual adults negotiating getting a beanie after a tug at a whore den......and someone who was forced to give said beanie, against their will.Quote:
In the trafficking sting in Martin County, meanwhile, there were no individuals charged with human trafficking, only with prostitution. The owner of Orchids of Asia, Hua Zhang, was charged with deriving support from the proceeds of prostitution, soliciting another to commit prostitution, renting space to be used for prostitution, and maintaining a house of prostitution. The vast majority of the arrests in both counties were of men soliciting prostitutes. On CNN, Martin County Sheriff William Snyder said police are trying to figure out why women would “go and allow themselves to be trafficked.”
While it has only been a few days since the arrests were announced and further charges are possible, the stings were months in the making, so law enforcement agencies simply may not have enough evidence for trafficking charges. Sex-worker-rights advocates say it is very common for police to overstate their findings in trafficking stings. “Our legislators and law enforcement have been led to believe that sex trafficking is huge in Florida, but studies have shown that because sex trafficking and sex work is being conflated all the time,” said Alex Andrews, a sex worker in the Orlando area and an advocate with the Sex Workers Outreach Project.
This also allows the Kraft PR team to spin it differently as well; one is seen as gross and pretty funny (consensual prostitution) while the other is seen as inhumane and injust (taking advantage of an individual doing something against their will). And if it's ultimately just solicitation that Kraft is fighting, that would probably be way easier to beat (pun intended) than being asked to accept the plea or be forced into being a part of the larger investigation (trafficking) that Florida cops, quite frankly, seem to be over the top with here.
All of this commotion over an old man getting a hand job from some old chinese lady? This country and it's laws are an absolute joke
I love the guy, but, damn, he kinda brought it on himself.
If he was Robert Kraft the janitor, I'd feel sorry for the guy, but when you have the means to get uber discretionary sex, then you get what you pay for..
Move to try and get a jury trial in a misdemeanor case is an iffy move of somebody who has the money to basically put the screws back to the system.. There was a gal who had a jury trial for misdemeanor indecent exposure here in Scottsdale AZ lasted 2 weeks was the longest misdemeanor jury case in state history.. She won.... Likely the jury decided it was a massive waste of time.. Some states wont allow jury trials on such cases unless its a jailable offence likely.. Kraft knows damn well this move by him is the legal move of somebody raising a fist to you to try and hit you and you pull a gun and shot them dead in the forehead.. Talking tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees for a case that would cost less then $500 in fines and court costs.. Nobody gives a shit about a stupid rub and tug criminal charge and at his age he isn't trying to get a job hes doing this to make a point and making his own lawyers on retainer money..

"Prosecutors: No Evidence of Human Trafficking in Kraft Case"
https://www.nbcconnecticut.com/news/...508481301.html
Of course, everyone but Druff already knew this, but if you say it at the time of the headlines it can brainwash naive people and taint the jury pool. They may or may not backpedal later.
Games the government plays...
When will the videos be up on pornhub?
I really don't know if The Blast is a reliable site for trashy issues but they are claiming that the Kraft massage parlor tapes have been shopped to them and other news organizations. They were shown the tapes and verified that they were legit.

No Video release or use at trial.
Victory for all good lawyers once again!
That's not what the article said.
Here's what it said:
"Not enough evidence to prove" does NOT equal "no evidence".Quote:
Prosecutors in the Robert Kraft prostitution case admitted in court Friday that there was not enough evidence to prove there was human trafficking in the Orchids of Asia Day Spa investigation.
The burden of proof in criminal court is high.
Often human trafficking is a "we know it when we see it" sort of thing, with little actual evidence to prove it, unless one of the girls is wiling to talk. Often the girls are afraid to say anything because they fear for their family's life back home, and sometimes their own life in the US.
https://www.nytimes.com/2019/05/13/s...-patriots.html
Now that the video can't be used, it would seem that the only way forward for the prosecution is to get the two masseuses to testify in exchange for immunity. Hard to believe that a middle class Florida jury would find them credible after Kraft's lawyers shred them. However, this case is unlikely to go to trial. The prosecution will probably appeal the judge's decision but that doesn't sound promising to me. In the end, the only punishment that Kraft will face is probably from the NFL in the range of 4-8 games.
This is the most absurd thing Ive heard.. Its a slam dunk pretty much all those Asian rub and tug joints are Human Trafficking hubs and the stupid County DAs and Cops know it.. If they cant make the case their incompetent.. Ironic Asians are more culpable of human trafficking then even the Mexicans and Central Americans truth be told.. The arguments there are tons of Asian illegals is spot on.. Guarantee half the Asians working in Chinese resturants at those buffets are likely trafficking victims, all the rub and tug joints are filled with them with many sleeping on the floors in the places they work getting only rest from the short time many are closed.. (and some of those places also have underage girls as well so folks best be careful they don't catch pedo charges). And yes the girls wont talk for fear of their own lives or being dumped on the streets or worse INS being called anonymously to turn them in and deported because for some odd reason Liberals don't seem to give two shits about Asians being trafficked or being deported just the Mexicans and other Central Americans when in fact there are likely million+ illegal Asians as well (not to mention the Russian and Eastern Euros who hide out with the organized crime syndicates mostly back East).
Amazing it’s been close to a year since this whole story broke. None of the other counties charged anything. The 50 or so dudes they had on camera and then got pulled over for ID were all tossed out as I understand it. All the video was quashed.
If the palm beach DA didn’t want to make a name for himself this all would have been a nothing story.
A local plaza had a cop car in it for 2 months and all the locals assumed they were keeping an eye on the “jack shack” and we were waiting for the bust. Turns out they were watching a slot machine parlor that was operating with some questionable legality. I would have lost some $$ on that.
every good lawyer will delay this until peeps forget or don't care. obv both have happened.
not to mention kraft was targeted in the 1st place. if he was black he would be home free, but he's prolly home free anyway.
thought he WAS black:
