i love u jewdonk but Druff is literally the most lenient moderator of a web forum that I've ever posted on, not hyperbole, he literally lets people get away with murder on the site, you're here right now talking about his ex girlfriend, talking all kinds of shit, clowning on him and you are not banned. to me, PFA is basically an unmoderated forum. I've gone apeshit on all the forums dozens of times, todd never bans he usually just merges threads, still not okay but hardly a nazi mod.

Actually I liked the nerd culture back then far better than now, where tons of insufferable people attempt to "out-nerd" each other by pretending to have more interest in science, tech, and sci-fi than they actually do. "Nerd" and "geek" are also used interchangeably these days, and both are now seen as positive, rather than pejorative as they used to be.

Honestly it was way better back in the '80s when you were just into what you were into, and if that made you a nerd, so be it. Nobody was having nerd contests or trying to demonstrate who was the biggest geek. Whole thing is lame.

At least Pockles will never be accused of being a nerd, as his technical knowledge begins and ends with "Wordpress for Beginners", although that didn't stop him from scamming people with a "web design" business.

Because Brandon has had so many disasters with meeting forum people (seriously, he runs as bad in that as I do with customer service), I had to repeatedly assure Brandon that handicapme is 100% normal and meeting him would turn out fine. And it did, though it did indirectly lead to Lobstermacgate.

Yep. Druff has some issues but they are minor. He runs a decent forum. Marty has literally had 7 forums. He would get depressed because no one post there, then deletes it in a spaz drunken episode. It is an obvious cycle repeated many times. It almost sounds like a modern fairlytale. Old troll looking fella hunched over furiously at his keyboard going to take over the world. (Maybe he is on some sort of tweak when he does this?) Then he has almost no one posting after he pours his heart into installing wordpress plugins. Then we see it all gone in some drunken late night freak out.

I never had any real info on Azzclown. Someone sent me a picture of Azzclown with some sort of story as to why it was real. It was very LOL and likely not him. It didn't matter, I went with it on Marty's site and he deleted the picture which made the whole thing more LOL.

Marty is awful. I did very very little to him. Showed up on here being nice to him when his dog died etc. It still didn't stop him from being as mean as he possibly could once he decided to do it. (Likely some "friend" of his wound him up) He is funny to laugh at because he is so incredibly deluded but he is never someone you want to associate with. Ask Chinamaniac to tell the WSOP story... and Chinamaniac is one of his "friends"

Basically Marty in his need to be liked so bad, actually becomes likeable. He is like a child in person. This can make him an amusing person to spend time around. Outside of that he is worthless as far as I can tell.

as to tyde's comments about "Todd shitting on everyone and has never anything nice to say", if you listen to his show, he actually does say nice things about people in and out of poker, like David choo (sp?) said he's a GREAT player, just not flashy, should've been in the hall of fame, but due to the fail of the HOF, didn't make it.

He also goes out of his way to help random forum users with tips and even more, he also runs the site (at a loss) but still gives us all morons a place to vent our problems or opinions.
