Really it boils down to two things. They don't value the services you provide and they think their time is more important than your time.

Marty, is there a written contract signed by the customer? If so post it here please. And then consider filing in small claims court.... if not, fess up, admit your mistake of not having one and move on.
Also, you claim the website is quality...please post the link and let the rest of us judge...I believe your history here is full of exaggerated claims, so I need evidence before I (or anyone here) should accept your story as fact
btw...re: cold calling, my company has been around for 20 years now with me been running it for the last 10...we never listen to cold callers--if we've survived this long we know what we need to operate and we don't need what they are peddling: my point, i can't feel sympathy for either party in this dispute
re: websites and advertising--we accept clients through referrals only (attorneys, conservators or other clients)...we have a website but its mostly just to have our phone number and address available for a clients... i can't see any value from the product being sold in this dispute.
