Khloe Kardashian might face a lawsuit if her hoopster hubby’s $75,000 brothel tab — which he racked up before collapsing last week — isn’t paid in full.
Love Ranch owner Dennis Hof said he’s getting “a lot of questions” from Lamar Odom’s accounting firm over the former Laker’s eye-popping bill, and he’s ready to sue both Odom and his socialite spouse if they cry foul.
“They’re requesting the credit card slips and asking, ‘Did he sign them?’ I sent them his driver’s license, the slips, some other stuff,” Hof told the Daily News on Thursday.
“I have no problem filing against her or him. Khloe, she’s the wife. They’re responsible for their debts. Why are they calling me? They need to do the right thing and pay.”
Hof said Odom voluntarily offered to pay $75,000 for several days of “undivided attention” from hookers Ryder Cherry and Monica Monroe.
“There was no negotiation. It was his idea,” Hof said. “The girls want to get paid, and I want to get paid.”
With possible legal action looming, Kardashian got some public support Thursday from Odom’s family.
His relatives released a statement that didn’t name her explicitly but addressed Odom’s personal life a day after a Los Angeles judge revoked the formerly estranged couple's pending divorce.
“In SINCERELY loving Lamar, we truly love and respect whomever he loves,” said the statement from Odom family spokeswoman Alvina Alston, sent to the Daily News.
“We always have and will continue to do so. Together as a team, we will support and encourage him always,” she said.
Alston also gave another positive update to Odom’s medical progress since he was found unresponsive in the Nevada brothel with blood and a white substance coming from his nose and mouth on Oct. 13.
“To our overwhelming delight, Lamar’s courageous improvement continues on the incline in Los Angeles. He is beginning to gradually flourish both mentally and physically,” she said.
“His use of speech has increased and he’s more cognitively responsive,” she said. “His medical team has executed an aggressive therapy regimen to aid in his progress.”
Odom, 35, was transferred to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Monday after waking up from a coma last Friday at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas.
Kardashian, 31, rushed to his side the same day he was admitted in extremely critical condition and has kept a constant vigil.
She even missed her sister Kim Kardashian West’s birthday celebration on Wednesday to stay with Odom.
Unidentified sources told TMZ.com that Odom told Kardashian over the weekend that he understood he almost died and had hit rock bottom.
“I am done with drugs,” he reportedly told her, according to TMZ.
He also repeatedly told Kardashian that he loved her, the celebrity website said.
After finding Odom unconscious and calling for help, brothel staffers told authorities that the former Laker used cocaine on the Saturday before his collapse and combined alcohol and herbal Viagra, the Nye County Sheriff said.
He’d been staying at the Love Ranch about 80 miles northwest of Sin City for a four-day party bender.
It was back in 2009 that he and Kardashian tied the knot following a one-month whirlwind romance. She filed for divorce in December 2013 amid rumors of cheating and drug abuse.
After the breakup, the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star confessed on camera that she wished they still were living as man and wife.

He provided a service. The service was exactly what Odom wanted.
Odom, himself, took drugs and ruined his own experience.
Hof did nothing wrong.

I would give Lamar less than a year. Kardashians milk this as long as they can and make bank off it. Khloe and Lamar get a few TV specials. She breaks it off again, he flips and overdoses again. Looking up Lamar Odom's Wiki page, I didn't know he was a member of the 2004 Olympic team that lost to Puerto Rico, and two other very famous basketball powerhouse countries, Lithuania and Argentina. He wasn't a starter (Duncan was starting PF), so I'm not putting a lot of the blame on him for that. There is no "I" in team, and they did have Iverson on that team.
His drug/alcohol problems seem to follow his career.
The Vegas prostitution arrest (likely entrapment by a vice sting) while at UNLV isn't that bad. Not a big fan of cops creating a crime, just so they can bust u for that crime.
Sports Illustrated questioned his 22 out of 36 score on his ACT to qualify for the UNLV scholarship. 22 is an above average score for that test, but not an unrealistic score for a B high school student. Why did his first high school release their star basketball player after three years (poor grades according to wiki page). Likely more to that story than just grades, seeing how he was able to somehow able to score 22 on the ACT. Maybe the school released him after that score came out, and found out someone took the test for him.
