Cliffs:
- She was no data scientist. She managed the website presenting the data given to her by others.
- She kept changing the data sent to her for publication on the state site, and also kept speaking to the press without permission, making all kinds of unsubstantiated claims.
- Her bosses were incredibly patient with her, despite numerous cases of insubordination and insane behavior over a short period of time. At one point, she even locked another admin out of his account, so he couldn't change her modifications back. When this was discovered, she refused to restore his access. Still, she wasn't fired at that point. Finally, after even more false accusations and claims about the data to the media, they fired her.
- The raid on her house was the opposite of what she portrayed. Nobody pointed any guns, and the cops nicely waited 22 minutes outside while she stalled them. They had a right to bust in long before that, but they were extremely patient and didn't. Bodycam video proves this. Did the mainstream media report about her lies? Of course not.
- Everywhere she's gone, there has been all kinds of drama. Every time it's clear that the whole thing is her fault, yet she always casts herself as the victim.
- Idiot liberals have donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to her, and more money keeps flowing in. The media has been complicit in casting her as a hero, even though knowledgable parties in Florida (including many Democrats) have stated that she's completely full of shit, and keep offering to prove it. Nobody in the mainstream media is interested in learning the real story. I wonder why!
The left loves a good victim story, and a persecuted female "data scientist" targeted for "telling the truth about DeSantis" gets them lefty wallets wide open!

It's not a right-leaning article, and in fact leans a litlte bit left, but at least it's mostly neutral in tone.
Anyway, it's a weird story about Moskowitz seeing Jones as a threat due to her craziness, and he decided to strike up a fake friendship with her, in order to keep her under control.
This was a weird situation where a government official befriended a would-be whistleblower not to keep them from revealing the truth, but to keep them from spreading lies. Basically the dude saw that she was insane and about to become a big problem for his office, especially because the media hated DeSantis and wanted to believe anything negative about Florida's COVID situation. So he befriended her and tried to keep her calm, which of course eventually backfired. Now she's been posting their exchanges publicly, and he's had to explain himself. Dude comes off somewhat like a snake in the grass here, though I understand his motivations.
He's a Democrat, by the way.
The Twitter suspension was apparently because she kept posting the same article from the Miami Herald over and over, regarding the raid against her house.
This was basically the BS narrative that officers pointed guns at her family and were awful, when the bodycam footage ended up later proving her completely full of shit (as usual).
She's been hammering that old article over and over, and Twitter banned her, but I think it was probably their bot doing so. She probably will be back soon.
It is against the rules on Twitter to repeatedly send out the same tweet with a link to an external site, even if it's slightly modified.

Right around the time Roe v Wade was seen to be on the way to being overturned, we started seeing Gamergate talk again.

Never mind that Gamergate was a scam, perpetrated by a few women with known shady pasts. There was even a trans woman who jumped on the money train and pretended to be an oppressed biological female gamer. Lots of money was made via donations from guilty liberals who were tricked into believing they were helping a few brave women stand up to gamer incels. The main face of Gamergate, Anita Sarkeesian, was a career scammer.
Eight years later, many on the left still believe it was real, and that actual women were oppressed and threatened. It's a close one between Gamergate and Rebekah Jones, as to which was less genuine. All the info exposing these frauds was right out in the open for anyone to see, but the left wasn't interested, and apparently still isn't.

I have questioned the value of cloth masks the entire way, was against all of the mandates (both mask and vax), and was anti-shutdown once it became clear that it wasn't going to stop the spread. At the same time, the vaccine has value (though it's not nearly as good as first stated), and COVID itself is much worse than a cold or flu for the average person over 45. Regardless of your fears about your personal condition, you are not at risk of dying. What do you have that you think is putting you at high risk?

Since this is a claim from Rebekah Jones regarding being victimized, I'm sure she's only telling half the story, or just outright lying.
Remember when she claimed that the cops forced their way into her home, when in reality they knocked on the door and patiently waited 22 minutes for her to hide evidence and then let them in?
Remember when she claimed that a college student she fucked behind her husband's back (and got pregnant with his kid) was stalking her, when it was the other way around? Turned out she was stalking him, and wrote a 342-page manifesto about him.
I still see lefties on Twitter sharing her most recent story, as if she's a reliable individual they should be propping up and defending. Amazing how this fraud has ridden the wave of left wing media and is still considered a hero to the left wing.
