Why can't Tyde just email him like everyone else and juat say "Hi, please send the $40 to XYZ@ABC.COM. -TYDE". Like honestly what is so hard by doing that? HE LITERALLY WRITES IN THE RULES, SEND ME A MESSAGE. Instead, he just chooses to insult Todd and ignore the very easy simple to read rule...
This is an attention grab by marty because he hates Todd. Honestly, send him the $40 with the PM and just ban him for breaking the rules. Fucking joke of a man.
This isn't a casino. A casino is expected to pay people because customers are risking money, and thus refusing to pay out (no matter how belligerent the patron) is equivalent to freerolling the patron -- allowing themselves to win but refusing to pay losses. That's an entirely different matter.
Again, this is much more like having a certificate for "free item" at a store, without an obligation to purchase. The store doesn't have to honor it if the customer walks in and acts like a disruptive dickhead. It is always at the business' discretion whether to award something the customer acquired for free.
But I'm not taking anything away from Marty. He is still eligible to collect his $40, and he doesn't have to do anything different than anyone else on this site does to collect their money.
My personal requirements to collect freeroll money is that you have to message me about it, and do so in a respectful or businesslike manner.
As Sanlmar pointed out, there is some effort involved in processing these payment (as well as running this site and radio show in general).
If Marty cannot ask for the $40 like a human being like EVERY SINGLE OTHER PERSON SINCE 2012 HAS DONE, then I am not going to expend the effort to pay him until he does so. It's that simple.

I'm not budging on this one. I don't care what public sentiment is on this one. I am demanding a very very low minimum level of respect from people collecting FREE money they won via my site. If they can't show that, they can keep waiting.

This whole "he needs to pm and ask for it" is bullshit. That requirement has NEVER been a manner thing or a stipulation meant to be part of a process. The lone fucking reason that's a "rule" is so Druff is notified, so he is fully aware. Druff CANT say he's unaware Marty is owed.
