I would have posted the link but I am not sure of the rules here. I should have warned you it is a super long read lol.
Cliffs:
Neville proposed a prob bet of playing 30k+ hands at 200NL 6M with a profit in one day.
During play someone shoves 10/7 off into his QQ when his bet is in jeopardy.
Jalexand42 does some serious investigating.
Neville's punishment is having to put "I scammed BBV for 7,500" in his location.
Something along those lines, it's been awhile since I have read it.
WSOP has had me busy, but I got a new entry up just now: Read about the Stoxtrader scandal and Nick Grudzien
Good read. I was hoping to read about what he was doing now. That was the only disappointment given the series title.
Josh Field, AKA JJProdigy, made day 3 of the $1,000 NLHE event. Currently fairly short with 17 players left... I hope somebody goes off on this kid
JJProdigy made the final table but was eliminated in 9th place (He made a decent score, but didn't get a bracelet at least). And on the plus side I'm going to update his mug on my blog with PoekrNews' pic of him --hope they don't mind
WSOP is over, new entry is up at the blog: Brian Townsend: http://burbspoker.blogspot.com/2012/...-are-they.html
Enjoyed the Townsend piece. Knew of it, learned a ton more.
He gets involved in skirting the rules (and gentleman's agreement) online, and ends up with Kara Scott.
I'm doing something wrong.
Outstanding thread and thanks for posting these write ups. I enjoy reading about poker frauds, expecially as online poker may come back to the US and we want to be better protected against getting scammed. This site could be very valuable to vet online poker ventures and activities to keep them honest.
Bump... Steve-O needs to update the list...
The Templar and Jasep comments are HOF in this thread.
:hof
:lol2
Great idea.
And those are only the caught cheaters.
