Then when one of these noobs search our little Richard Simmons look-a-like friend, they can’t help but see his name linked with scammer. We can only hope they do their own due diligence and make the educated (or common sense) decision to run away fast.

You don't even have to include "alleged" because we've seen a ton of evidence that he's a scammer.

"Alleged" is only necessary when you don't have a million recorded examples of a self-professed gambling guru lying about his results in order to sell expensive coaching packages.

That plus his "100% guarantee" and "99% guarantee" to beat the casino with -EV strategies, and "scammer" can safely be used to describe him.

Chrissy isn't smart enough to realize that his display of childlike emotions when losing is hurting his scam. All he can think about at the moment is how "unlucky" he is, and how it's so unfair that his "winning systems" are getting crushed by "unlikely" events such as the green zero hitting. He ends up posting a few of these videos because he thinks it shows the realism of occasionally losing, not realizing that it contradicts his "millionaire" and "always stay calm if you're a winner" claims.

If Chrissy were playing only with fake affiliate money, he wouldn't give a shit if he had bad luck. That would be the perfect opportunity to posture by saying, "I'm getting really bad luck right now, but I win so much every day that I can easily handle a small downswing. That's how professional gamblers do it." But he never takes losing well because he's playing with real money.

So am I saying he never uses fake affiliate money? No. Obviously the fake affiliate money is available, and there's a decent chance that he sometimes loads his account with it, whenever he goes bust and can't top it off with real money. However, I believe he's more often playing with real money, because we know that Chrissy is a degenerate as much as he is a scammer, and he would hate gambling for meaningless money. And if he was gambling with meaningless money, we'd see zero emotion in his losses.

The best explanation for what's going on lately is that he's still getting a steady stream of suckers signing up for BOL, and he's getting consistent BOL payments for the percentage of their losses (35% or whatever). That's why he has cash lately. And that's why we keep seeing money in his BOL account, though I'm sure he chunks off a lot of it before he ends up withdrawing. I do believe he withdraws some of it, so he can "live like a millionaire" and take those idiotic trips we keep seeing him on.

BTW, Chrissy is destined to perpetually be broke, no matter how well his scam does.

That's because his -EV gambling and lavish spending always rises to the level of his current bankroll. When Chrissy starts accumulating money, he sees it as a tool to either gamble at higher stakes or to spend more lavishly. He never puts any aside as savings. He isn't smart enough to realize that all of his systems are bunk, so he will just keep giving it right back to the casinos, and the rest will get spent.

That's why he will always be a subsistence level scammer. His scams keep him in his existing lifestyle, but will never do more than that. As much as he's always dreamed of being a millionaire, he will never become one because he's unable to accumulate money. Also, because he mostly shoots for small wins rather than big jackpots, he won't ever luck into some unlikely jackpot which gets him big money. Instead, it's always a steady trudge to the bottom, with occasional winning streaks which keep his hope alive.

Most scammers are intelligent. Chrissy is an exception. He's a fairly dumb person who has one talent and one talent only -- selling dreams to even bigger fools. But this lack of intellect also wil prevent him from ever going big time or banking any of his profits.

Oh, and one more thing I wanted to say.

Chrissy has aged A LOT in the past two years. I can watch early 2020 videos and easily tell they're from that time, simply by how much older he looks today. That would make sense regarding vidoes from 10 years ago, but it's amazing how you can see a huge aging difference between 18 months ago and today.

Is it from stress? Roids? Drug use? Who knows?

But it's uncommon to age so quickly in your early 40s. Usually only kids significantly change in two years time.

I would love to know what goes on behind the scenes in Chrissy's life. Would be really fascinating to see. I'm also really curious about his marriage. Does he even have sex with Stacy? Does he ever show her affection off-camera? We know on camera, he absolutely never touches her. Is he sucking off men on the DL? Does Stacy suspect he's gay, or is she in denial? Some wives can't accept the obvious, and convince themselves that they're not married to a gay man.

I would love to see a window into the daily life of Christopher Mitchell.

I think it’s pretty clear that we have seen examples of him playing with both real and fake money when playing on BOL. The time he tried to tip the dealer and the dealer told him to never tip again was fairly strong evidence that it was play money. On the other hand, as Druff pointed out, Chrissys reactions after getting the Green Zeros was VERY authentic in my opinion. I don’t think he could have acted like that with play money.
That email that KD showed from Yvette at commission Kings stated if an affiliate needs play money they will “Shut that account down for Withdrawals”. I believe this is true. Just from an asset protection standpoint, I think they would want to do this. Sure, they could make 2 settings under the same account (play mode and real money mode), but I think it’s easier and safer to restrict withdrawals altogether when there is play money involved. I just don’t think there would be any reason for Yvette to say this if it wasn’t true. It’s possible he may have a 2nd account in the Skanks name.

A "certain individual" suggested that Christopher Mitchell victims go to the Nevada Attorney General website, and report him. Is this the correct move?

Maybe. But it has to be done correctly, or otherwise it will no result in any action.

Keep in mind that the Nevada AG's office is flooded with complaints, most of which are frivolous or difficult to prove. You'd like to think that they have the manpower to closely read and investigate every e-mail they get, but in reality this is more of a catch-all e-mail address where they see if there is a chronic problem with misbehaving businesses in Nevada.

For example, let's say Joe's Used Car Lot in Vegas is repeatedly selling problem vehicles to people without disclosing the issues. If this happens occasionally, it's a civil issue, and the AG wouldn't get involved. However, if the AG is getting a lot of complaints about Joe's Used Car Lot, and they seem to be credible, they might investigate.

However, when it comes to an individual like CM, it's a bit tougher. He's a small time operation, and he gives gambling advice. Gambling coaching, by nature, will not always produce winners -- either because of bad luck, bad coaching, or a bad student. Often it's difficult to ascertain why the "victim" of a gambling coach really lost. For example, I could give good poker coaching to someone, and they might still consistently lose. That wouldn't necessarily be my fault.

Therefore, any victims of CM's who wish to e-mail the Nevada AG need to be careful to be DIRECT and BRIEF about what occurred:

1) State exactly how much you paid to CM, and that he solicited these services via the internet

2) State that he guaranteed his strategies win "100% of the time" and that you could quit your job if you pay to learn his secret strategies

3) State that his actual strategies sold were negative expectation, and actually guaranteed to lose over time, rather than win

4) State that there are many websites and YouTube channels out there exposing his scam, which you only found after paying him

5) State that he continues to solicit customers for $1000 each, and that he resides in Las Vegas

6) State that he lies about supporting himself as a professional gambler and being a millionaire, when in reality he supports himself through this scam, while losing at gambling.


That's all you need to do. Do not provide links to videos. Do not give e-mail addresses of third parties who can "educate them" about CM (unless asked if you can provide further evidence). Do not ramble about anything else.

Most importantly, do NOT e-mail the AG if you were not an actual victim of CM's, and can prove it. Do not e-mail them with fake accounts claiming to have lost, or this will just harm the effort.

Also be aware that the AG may still not investigate. They may simply direct you to local law enforcement, or to civil suit resources.


If you are a victim of CM's scams, the best thing you can do is go to Las Vegas law enforcement, and report him. Have all of the information ready beforehand, and present it in a clear, succinct manner when you do so. Then follow up on the status of the investigation.

In general, it is very difficult to get gambling coaching scammers prosecuted. This is why so many bullshit Vegas-area "sportsbetting touts" exist, and despite consistently lying about their skill and records, they are rarely prosecuted. Hell, look at Vegas Dave. He's FAR bigger than CM, and even has billboards throughout Vegas, and nothing has happened to him.

Keep your expectations low, but it's not a bad idea to e-mail the AG (with instructions above on what to say) if you were an actual victim.

Wow! I watched this video. This was pathetic even for him. Didn't even have much of an excuse of why the 8k is gone. All of a sudden he cares about low rollers again even after preaching big bank roll and making this month about making 100k.

So back to $150 starting bankroll. Like he was a year ago. Doesn't even bother to bring out the chart to show his progress to 100k month anymore. I guess there is a point even for him when the lying becomes to much and even he can't motivate himself to do it.

For him, this is a very sad video. I can't believe he is already this low on funds.

edit: i would have to assume the system from a day ago cost him the whole 8k. Why he was in a brick and mortar yesterday and quickly coming out with a new system. I don't believe he really plays with fake money at all. He replenishes(obviously) but i think it's with his own cash. I just don't see him making a video with a bankroll of $150 if he could just fake it with fake betonline money. Even his excuse is so half-hearted. It shows the funds are drying up quicker then i expected. Or he is gambling at even a higher level then i first anticipated. Between the progressive betting system on roulette and the sports betting, which i presume is also a progressive betting system. I am assuming another affiliate payment is coming along with a YT payment. But it seems like he is struggling.
