I got KC at -2.5 so I'm ok with it. I see no reason whatsoever, including home field, to bet on Oakland given how they have played this year. What does concern me is that despite this, the line has barely moved and everyone is on KC. So, in the real world, I'm probably fucked.

I don't know if you noticed but road favorites have been getting annihilated the last couple weeks in college football. I wager that if someone just blindly took home dogs (spread and ML) the last 2-3 weeks they would be up massive. I am guessing this has something to do with why all the road favorite lines seems too depressed. This is probably the time of year when teams are starting to get banged up, weather is bad, and it really is hard to travel.
Also, I think some of the shitty teams with bad records the players and coaches really do start feeling embarrassed and angry and give something a little extra when they are big home dogs this time of year.
