TYDE IS GOD
Hard to say for sure. A lot of people simply didnt vote because they didnt think their vote mattered for the final results (which is true in many red and blue states). This is even more true in huge electoral states like New York and California were democrats are guaranteed those votes. If it was based on the popular vote, I think you could make the case he may even have a better chance than her at getting more votes.
We will never know.
You know, when all of these celebrities and other butthurt liberals talk about moving, not one of them say "Hey, if Trump wins I'm moving to Mexico!"
I wonder why? They are all for open borders etc etc anyway, so Mexico can't be that bad, right??
Maybe they should put their money where their mouth is...
Last I look she won popular vote by 200k.
In heavy democrat states California and New york it was 4 million + margin she won by, in big red Texas TRUMP won by 800k.
So we should allow 2 states to control the popular vote? Electoral makes it fair. Gives even the little guy states a say in the election.
No thanks, California can keep their liberal extremists. California is the political environment some of them like anyway, so to each his own.
Besides, they apparently want to secede from the U.S. now anyway so maybe they can form their own country with the zero debt and massive cash surplus they have (LOL)
-1600... jesus christ.....
this is fascicle.
trump didnt eek out a victory here. he didnt squeak by. the margins were considerable and consistent.
that only thing we need to learn from the voting patterns is that no matter how well intellectual bastions on either coast are doing, the rest of the country is going to vote their emotions, so leaving them to twist in the wind because they dont know java or c++ is a short-sited pleasure.
Sometimes you win sometimes you lose.
Im behind Trumo now becuase he is the president. Hopefully he does a good job.
It's a shame that the religious nuts are in control of the country. I hate the gop with a passion... Hopefully Trump sticks it right up The right wings ass.
Pity that Adelson has a huge say in the future of our country.
It could end up being closer then that hell Trump may swing slightly to the win.. Most of the votes still to be counted include the military overseas who are vastly right leaning for the most part.. Its funny the losers of the electoral college only complain when it hurts their candidate.. It was a compromise the founders in this country created to balance out the rural with the large cities and smaller states against oversized behemoths like California.. To me its telling that on the county by county basis Trump won an even larger percentage of the country then the electoral college showed.. In reality the Dems have the easier path to win every Presidental election when they have a lock on over 100 Electoral votes off the bat (Cali is Blue lock and its 55 which is 20% of the total needed off the bat it takes solid red states to balance off the locks of NY, CA, OR, WA, MA,CT,NJ,DC,MD)
Maybe if the Dems hadn't pissed off a significant chunk of their own demographics they might have won.. But when you conspire to fuck over one your own in the primaries who had grassroots support (much like Trump had and ultimately why Trump won) that can happen.. Hell Trump got 1/2 the Union vote which hadn't happened since Reagan.. Basically the Clinton Campaign as per usual took their voters for granted they assumed were safe and blew it big time.. They failed to accept that people really were pissed off over the state of affairs with jobs leaving the country.
The ACA aka Obamacare being anything but affordable except for those who were/are on Medicaid (and whom never would've NOT been on Medicaid even without the ACA).. Irony is it was the Millennials who basically BROKE Obamacare.. They refused to get coverage and were perfectly willing to take the hit for no insurance because #1 they likely weren't going to need insurance and the small 'fee' was cheaper then insurance coverage.. The result being premiums skyrocketed to cover everybody else who did get coverage which included everybody 35+ who usually come to find out had at least one chronic health issue.. I willingly admit I'm one of those who benefits from Insurance I pay in much less then I cost the carriers because well drug prices are insane.. My meds cash price would be over $2000 a month without insurance with copays and premiums probably cost me $400 so I'm a net loss to the carrier assuming no MD visits which I do have to have a few times a year baring no issues along the way.. They have to make that back up somehow. (add back in what the employer portion its still a 2-1 loss for the insurance company every month).
Honestly this was much more a case of the Dems screwed themselves nominating a candidate with so much baggage from decades in politics as well as questionable and downright illegal activities they should've seen this coming a mile away.. For some reason they put blinders on and somehow expect their loyal subjects to just blindly vote the D at the polls and it just doesn't work.. Hell Trump got 25% of the Bernie voters due to their disgust with how he was treated and the fact Trump was AntiTPP as well as his stance regarding foreign defense pacts (time for others to pay up and not the US taxpayers shouldering all the burden to keep the bad guys at bay) and doing something about the crumbling infrastructure in this country..
I think Tine would have to agree its a shame that we in the US who invented the Internet are wayyyy behind technologically to our neighbors overseas in residential IT infrastructure..
If you go by what the markets say, the big winners of election would be private prisons, fossil fuel companies, big pharma and the banks. As with brexit the medium to long term effect to markets highly depend on how little the supporters get. The less they get the better off they are.
With brexit there's no positive outcome for the future. It's just a matter of how much it will cost. With Trump giving Reaganomics another try markets are going to love that in the short term. Who doesn't love tax breaks and money dumped to the markets. In the long term it's a monte carlo system of economics.
How the money is spent in politics now, there might not be enough resistance to remind people that you already tried this the last time you were fawning over making america great again. On the other hand i'd guess it's assumed that all the talk about protectionism (tariffs, hindering workforce) just goes away and at best Trump supporters get some watered down version of it. Mostly because it's just bad for everyone from the perspective of the markets. What the domestic companies get isn't worth the risk of recession.
Good effort from this rag

I got all my action @ -240 and under btw.
Now stop following me around and quit talking to me.
I lost under 20k when all is said and done. Not exactly life changing money.
But I agree I got cornholed. I was never so confident in a wager in my life. Lesson learned.
Let's just hope President Trump does a good job and does what's best for the people that voted for him

ok but seriously when is that pardon coming
Nice to see the bitter clingers are still spinning.
it would be surprising if he didnt pardon her, the surveillance / intelligence areas she was responsible for under his watch are ... poorly defined, legally.
and honestly trump wouldnt have promised to jail her if he wasnt sure obama wasnt going to give her immunity. thats not a precedent anyone in a position of authority wants to set. least of all when youre about to be handed the keys to the greatest surveillance machine in the history of bipeds.
Do people actually believe there will be more bloodshed globally under a Trump administration?
"Within 12 hours, Trump got Putin to agree to talks of a strengthened alliance, Netanyahu is excited for a stronger Israel alliance, and the markets are boosted. Not even President yet."
He's trying to rebuild, not build out.
The two principle concerns are that 1) he lacks the sophistication to avoid a boots on the ground confrontation with ISIS and 2) by scrapping our NATO commitments, he is allowing Russia to march uncontested into all the breakaway democracies as well as states like Poland. Russian occupations are rarely bloodless affairs.
I don't like Jews except for Sheldon. He made me a lot of money with his LVS stock. I was very happy to see you lose your ass in this election. You were just as cocky and arrogant as Hillary and you got your shit pushed in by a n-word with a 10 inch cock. You don't have to reply to me anymore but you can't help yourself. You are a pathetic troll who relies on wifey to pay the bills.

seriously, Trump could save 10 Liberian babies from slaughter of some crazed fighter that thinks eating a babies heart will make him invincible, with his own hands, have it all captured on national television, kiss every single baby and return them to their mothers safely....and sonatine would still complain about the way Trump was kissing the babies, probably write some diatribe about his narcissistic attitude while puckerd up or some stupid shit.
