Made a decent sized MLB Regular Season Totals bet today. Long term exposure like this with an online book was really my only worry. (Not 5Dimes). They are all at risk to some degree, of course.

He's telling me about the Amazon gift card secondary market. He claims people can do deals like $25k blocks of cards at a discount from Amazon. The Indian says he is approached by people trying to sell cards to him.
These deals do not involve physical plastic. Oh, my.
Why would Amazon ever discount the cards? The profit margin on this business is slim. Unless they see it as a marketing cost for Amazon retail sales.
