The left is orgasmic right now that Biden is up double digits in some fake polls. Hillary was up nearly 15 points after the Access Hollywood tape hit in October. It's a LONG way until November. If the economy is on the upswing, Trump should win. If the virus gets out of control again and unemployment is north of 10%, he is toast. I think the big wildcard is who Biden chooses as a VP. The issue with the CNN "poll" is they over sampled the Dems by 7% and they did not sample likely voters, just a random sample of people. They made something up that they only sample likely voters after Labor Day, which is total bullshit. It's an engineered poll.
The real number today is probably Biden 47 - Trump 42, which means Trump has about 4-5 points to make up which is pretty easy to do, especially when people in October see just how senile Biden is. Plus even in all this economic turmoil people still trust Trump over Biden on $ issues, and at the end of the day the economy is all people give a shit about. Trump still has a solid base of 43%, and he really only needs to get to the 46/47 of the popular vote to win the Electoral College. The people that have race relations as their #1 issue were never voting for Trump anyway.
Meanwhile Biden has no effective base, he is just and old fragile man. With that said, if the economy tanks again in October and the stock market goes to 19,000 or so a reincarnation of Charles Manson would win.
Remember, Trump was 15 points down after the Access Hollywood tape. If nothing else he is a closer.
