I'm not sure that's a vidalia onion. Looks like a red onion or something. Maybe spanish. I would likely go without the cheese because that's my way, but solid sandwich nonetheless. Roll upgrade would do it wonders, as others noted.
Not sure if I mentioned this before, but Wille's use of English muffins has changed my preference when making burgers at home. Saves from half the bag of rolls going to waste because I don't eat burgers that often, and firm enough to handle whatever the fuck you put on it. NH, willie. I salute your visionary-ness.
