RMS, I personally would leave out all the links in the initial report. I think the draft Druff made is pretty good and covers the basis. I think if you included it initially, it may crowd out the initial report.
What I would do is add near the end, where you say something like “I do have more evidence that proves he is scamming innocent people such as Social media pages, web pages, articles, ect. I can provide these at your request.”
That’s my outlook on it, maybe others can chime in if they think differently. I have had a few chargebacks, but they all were fairly straightforward.

He gets a 35% rebate from his affiliate losses. He has not figured out how to do it with all his sports bets. Since he is not betting with any kind of edge he is winning about 50% of his sports bets. After house juice - he is losing 5% of his total action. If he could figure out how to get these sports bets all on an affiliate account he controls, he would have a 17.5% edge!
Pulling this off is somewhat complicated. I’m not going to list it step by step because I don’t want any chance he figures it out. Basically it involves having affiliate accounts that are his or affiliate accounts that he can control. The only thing I will say is that it involves different types of hedging on various affiliate accounts. There are many affiliates programs out there. He can open endless accounts.

Rivers: yes, your correct it would offset the other losses, but this would involve using other accounts, not necessarily his main affiliate account. I really can’t say to much without detailing it step by step. Ultimately your hedging in 2 different accounts. Some of the accounts will win much more than they lost and your affiliate will cut you off, which is ok since at that point you wouldn’t give that account anymore action anyway. These Affiliates companies that work with online casinos are a dime a dozen. Chrissy uses “Commission Kings”.
If your affiliate account has won more than it has lost for the month they will “carry over” the balance to the next month and you are in “make up” mode. Eventually say the account has won $40k more than it has lost, when hedging the 40k that is on another account that you are getting 35% on. There is also a way to do it Without hedging, It’s complicated…
Simplified:
Hypothetically bet 100k on same game. Both sides. 1 affiliate the underdog, the other affiliate the favorite. Break even minus 10k for the juice. 1 affiliate pays you $35k. Other affiliate puts you in “make up” for 100k. You no longer use them and they close account. Rinse repeat. There is much more to it but I think I laid out the basic point.
Sorry, I know this is long and hard to follow, I’m tired. Trying to have it make sense without giving to many details is harder than I’d imagined. :-)

The bottom line with any of the garbage Chrissy shows is that the “strategy” he uses really doesn’t matter. When your goal is to simply go in there and martingale until you win (targeting at least one win every six rounds) then you can pretty much do anything you want. All that’s going to happen in the case of Blackjack is that with the no bust that 6 in a row loss likely comes a bit more often than it would have otherwise. But in short sessions of course it’s going to look like it’s “working” because you just didn’t run run into the losing streak at that time. Nearly every one of his “live” videos is based on that premise. He’ll talk whatever nonsense about strategy and how he knows it all better than anyone else. But the bottom line remains the same for him…he has to win at least one of every six hands…the rest means nothing.

I get the impression that the new poster Infuri8 is NOT even upset over it. He doesn’t seem to be concerned with how to get his money back. Maybe he is passive and it is not a priority to him. Maybe he is financially well off and chalks it up to a learning lesson.
