I don't know much about Alex Jones and the current state of InfoWars, but it's not everyday a reporter of any kind gets murdered in the US. The question now is whether this is related to his work or not? Apparently this was the top guy Jones had.

The SS Retirement System played no roll in creating the national debt. It's a completely separate government system. Workers pay in and the money is paid out to retirees. The system was so succesfull that every year for decades there was a big surplus of money placed in the SS Trust Fund. The Surplus was invested in interest bearing bonds. However, thieving politicians put about half the surplus in the general fund and spent it.Quote:

Trump has said he won't cut SS. I believe him. I think he knows the consequences. If cuts are made the Dems will jump on the issue like white on rice in order to regain power in 2028.
At any rate, SS is going to be a huge political issue the closer and closer we get to 2033. Republicans better not fuck around or the Dems will be back in the White House.
Those over 67 should be means tested before benefits are awarded. Larry Ellison collecting SS benefits would be obscene.
As well, why are SS contributions capped at $160,000. That used to be an enormous salary. Rapidly that has not turned out to still be the case. Why is it capped at all?
The crying and wailing about SS funding is just politics. Weaponizing Social Security to make some kind of point. If we are so obsessed with FDR now then grow some balls and act like him.
Nobody needs more homeless or homeless elderly wandering LA streets. Give SS to those that need it.
Exactly how inept are we as a nation? We will find out.

Make Elon and all Trump's private equity buddies pay their fair share.
