I have deduced Daniel's e-mail address, and will be contacting him. I believe Daniel is in Mexico, so there might be jurisdictional issues regarding a lawsuit, but maybe he's willing to come to the US to file it. But first I'll need to understand what happened.

Notice how extremely careful Chrissy has been to not expose the location of his new rental bunker? He is terrified, all he shows is a wall. No living room, kitchen, backyard front yard. No way in hell he makes a video walking down his street as he has always done in the past.
He had to be furious by the work of this forum when he was in his Frisco rental and because of the great work of this forum his location was discovered from him taking a walk in his neighborhood, and the house was then verified because a member hear matched the backyard from Chrissy’s video of him burning his Baccarat cards (likely a promise he made to Stacy when moving to Tx lol) to photos online of that exact rental listed online.
Due to this, he is a absolutely terrified to show anything other than the 6’x6’ back wall in the bunker. It’s great that we have him so terrified he won’t even show another room in that house.
I am in contact with "Daniel Max", and he is alleging that Chrissy straight up stole money from him, which he gave Chrissy in person.
I am currently gathering details on the matter, so I can properly advise him how to (or even help) sue Chrissy, report him to law enforcement, or both.
If Daniel's allegations are true, this will be the first time we've heard of Chrissy straight up stealing from people, and might shed a light on how he's keeping himself in action. However, I still need to verify that this happened as stated. Daniel Max appears to be from a foreign country, by the way.

But from what I gather from Druff, he met CM somewhere in TX, gave him the almost 40K in cash and they just parted ways then and there without going to Choctaw or WinStar? The stories don’t line up and I get he’s foreign and not familiar with the difference between paying cash and paying someone online, but this is quite a glaring error. 2. There have not been any pictures or videos of his luxury suite. In December and on weekdays, the rates are very low until December 30th or 31st.
A couple of days ago, Resorts World had standard rooms with a King available for $70.00. Pretty sure that ths fake high roller did not have any comps for a free room. The Twitchells used to stay at the Bellago which costs significantly more.

Daniel is not sending me very coherent messages. In fact, he went off on a tangent about some other scammer, and sent me a screen shot related to that guy, but hasn't answered my specific questions about Chrissy.
I think it's possible that none of this really happened, or that he's confused and believes Christopher is someone else who actually scammed him. Again, we haven't seen evidence of Chrissy outright stealing money from people. His M/O is to lie about his gambling and/or crypto credentials, and then charge for "coaching", or maybe also soliciting "investments" for money he will gamble or put into crypto.
But we shall see.

Most likely he did the "Merchant Copy" trick, where he puts the real tip on the Customer Copy and submits that to the restaurant, while writing a BS tip on the Merchant Copy, and photographing it before tossing it in the trash. Restaurants don't care which copy you leave with them.
If he did leave $100, it was because he had a sucker with him, and this was a necessary expense to show that he's rich and generous to people.
