Enforcement of existing laws and rules regarding protest. That means no blocking roads, no encampments, no blocking or harassing students, no vandalism, no occupying buildings, etc. That shit isn't protest. That's criminal behavior. Protest needs to be done lawfully and at appropriate times and places. If I want to protest the behavior of a business, it's fine to show up with picket signs in front of the business, or to hand out flyers about their wrongdoing. It's not appropriate to show up at the CEO's house at 2am and shout everything into a megaphone for 4 hours.
Today's libs want to excuse any form of "protest" -- including violence and destruction -- as long as they agree with the cause.
In this current situation, it was very simple:
Tell the pro-Hamas protesters that they can bash Israel all they want, BUT they have to do it within the parameters of the law and longstanding campus rules. No emcampments, no blocking/harassing Jewish students, no vandalism, no occupation of buildings, etc. And it should be made clear that the same applies to counter-protesters, or anyone protesting from the right. And that anyone doing this shit will be arrested and expelled (if a student there).
Instead, administrators were pussified and tried to negotiate with the terrorists, many of whom were paid agitators.
Total fail.
