The left always looks for certain demographics to cast as victims, thus setting up the structure needed to "help" them. Muslims have fit into this mold in the past 25 years especially, leading to absurd narratives that the poor living conditions in Muslim countries spawns from oppression by white people (especially Israel), and not from that culture's very backward and illiberal belief system. Israel-hating leftists are operating from the simple principle of "white and successful = evil, brown/black and poor = good", and they go from there. That's how you get weird, self-contradictory offshoots such as "Queers for Palestine".
Once again, the Jew haters have a very hard time articulating exactly what the Jews have done wrong, nor can they articulate what Israel should have done after 10/7.
It's just easier to say "something something something Jews are evil" and "something something something Israel is committing genocide".

It’s an oversimplification, but I generally agree with the bolded. Which is why I can’t ever imagine why a Jew would side with the right. Particularly the right of present which is full of underemployed angry white morons. That doesn’t go well for Jews as we know.
The second type is much more personal.
Like name me a relevant figure on the left who is calling Jews demons and rubbing their hands together and doing Jewish voices. That is way more hateful. That is a people who truly fucking hate you. And I can name a dozen on the right and they’re by far the biggest stars they have.
Like the minute you actually get oppressed and shit goes down, the liberal kids for all their bluster, will hide a Jew in their basement because they’re now oppressed.
The other side, their hatred is real. Even in the 30s, the ones who hid Jews at great peril were of a few varieties. The Catholics and religious who weren’t extreme. Like not every religious person is the evangelical movement now. Some are just simple people who believe but aren’t wrapping religion with extremism like the current zeitgeist. But like in France, it was the communists and socialists and atheists hiding Jews.
I went down the rabbit hole because Druff seems obsessed with college campuses and what they say. Those are mean words. One kid spent one night for observation for a concussion. That’s the extent of injuries sustained by Jews during campus riots.
We are heading rapidly toward a point where this incel groyper army is going to be dragging them behind a pickup truck.
If I were a Jew, I don’t love that the left is sympathetic to Muslims, but they are 1% of our population. I don’t love a lot of things the left does if I’m a Jew. He’s cut off aid to millions while not curing one problem with the debt. That was highly foreseeable.
