I’m in no way normal but I would stay on the strip if I had a 3 or 4 day promo in a nice hotel Cosmo/Bellagio/Paris even when I was renting a place in Henderson. I am guessing he got the room because he had “clients” coming out there. He never got camera time up there but it makes sense the way he presents himself to have a room at the Bellagio if and when he has a live one coming like Lucy. It can serve to be both part of the theatrics and practical.
It’s so hard to separate what’s real and what’s not in his videos. Even the stuff that’s mostly true he will spin to make sound just a little better. You are right no way is he getting all that comped. If you take a moderate loss like 10K at the Bellagio in most cases they will take about $280 off room charges a day if you are there for a reasonable amount of time. In my post I was more remarking on his cluelessness when he brags about the comps as “that’s how they treat professional gamblers” when it’s just the opposite and that’s how they treat big time donators. As for what he’s down and what he’s getting comped I don’t know for sure. That stuff is put on the bill and the host will make that determination at checkout.
I will disagree with you a little. He is a little stupid. Not sure where his IQ would be but my guess is a little bit below average. He also has a huge lack of impulse control. This is evident by all the videos he made in response to KD which he ended up deleting. I can’t be sure why he ended the video looking so pathetic. I think he was upset and getting desperate and I don’t give him much credit for really thinking this shit out. I think he believes he can fix almost any mistake he makes with most of his marks.

When we are talking about the volatility of the martingale this is one of the reasons he abandoned the “50% of winnings” and instead is trying to get this 1K flat fee. If he was just getting a percentage and the mark had 3K Christopher had no choice but to be ultra aggressive in order to make that grand for himself with the martingale. If he gets the grand upfront he will martingale at a lower base starting point and just try to show the mark some profit as he has no incentive to press his luck as he already made his grand.

Back to Rick Lee.
He reported that Chirstopher's claim about him winning $8000 during their first coaching session was correct, and another video where Rick won like $6000 was also accurate.
However, Christopher caused him to lose $15,000 in Biloxi (and Christopher himself lost $36k), and only made a video admitting it because there were multiple witnesses to it.
When Christopher had another session after Biloxi with Rick back in Vegas, Rick says he lost another $10k. Notice there's no video about that one.
In fact, the only two "losing" videos by Christopher were made because there were witnesses to it. One was the infamous Biloxi trip, and the other was in Sycuan recently, once Christopher became aware that Kevin had someone recording him.
Also, they are WAY underrolled to be starting with $200 as a base bet. That's a surefire trip to disaster, as you are fairly likely to lose 6 times in a row at some point during 50 baccarat or blackjack hands played.
It also saddens me to see that Lucy video, because you can tell that Lucy is a sweet-but-naive little old foreign lady, who is being hoodwinked of her savings by this con artist.
If Lucy plays this strategy for any length of time -- with or without Christopher there -- she will lose a lot of money.

I agree about Lucy Druff I am hoping she is the one who stiffed him. Something I noticed about Gary. He never shows any chips or scorecards he just flashes cash in the beginning of the video in a matter where you can not see the depth and it seems well short of 5K. CM also mentions Gary is from Ohio where CM is from. Gary seems unusually comfortable and when he’s asked questions about the gambling and how easy it is he lays it on pretty thick. It’s almost like he’s about to laugh in some parts. I think Gary may know Chris and is acting like a pseudo bodyguard for him. I know this is far fetched but it’s a feeling I got watching the video again.

I am also very suspicious that CM and Lucy slipped the 6K of chips at the Cosmo to the other at both 3:30 and 19:30. It appears at 3:30 that the chips are not placed on her scorecard until his camera pans over to her. At 19:30 you can catch him side eye to see if the chip transfer was completed before moving the camera. I’m thinking this whole thing maybe an infomercial.

I know you guys have already mentioned it, but to put it all together:
1) No "goodbye" or summing up what a successful trip it was (100% this would have been done if they overall had a great experience)
2) Weird black eye which wasn't there before
3) Total "downer" mood which he claimed was tiredness, but I doubt it
4) No total win or loss stated for either customer
5) Weird speech about having to pay the $1000 up front in the future
#5 is bigger than you think. Clearly something happened to make him state this for the first time ever.
Reminds me of a guy I knew in the '80s who ran an Italian restaurant in Mammoth. One day he became obsessed with "no separate checks at the same table", as if it became a religious belief. First it was a sign in the lobby. Then it was printed big on the menu near the bottom. Then he actually put it in his ads in the newspaper! LOL!
Turned out that this all spawned from a huge argument where a large party wanted the checks split several ways, he didn't want to do it, and a big standoff occurred where the people refused to pay until the checks were separated (and done accurately). The owner reluctantly backed down and did it, but swore he would make the "no separate checks" super clear in the future, and went overboard in doing so. To this day, that's the first and only time I've seen "no separate checks -- don't ask!" in an advertisement for a restaurant!
Getting back to Christopher, it really does look like Gary lost at the end, refused to pay for the wonderful "coaching", and Christopher was furious. Perhaps the black eye came from a physical fight breaking out as a result. Perhaps it came from a loud altercation about it where Christopher was forcefully ejected by security. Notice that Christopher doesn't say at the end that he will be seeing Gary or Lucy again.
Anyway, something happened. We do have to find Gary.
Jeff, you might be right about Gary being an actor here. Though that wouldn't explain the black eye.
I still think we would have seen just Gary giving his total (without Lucy) if he was in on the whole thing. They could have made some BS excuse that Lucy left early or whatever.
