Started watching the short series Mars, ostensibly set in 2033. So in the real world, like 95% of astronauts and engineers are white males.
Of all the main characters in this series, exactly one of them was a white male, and they got killed off in the second episode.
So yeah, I think I am done. Netflix has gotten so obsessed with being woke, it really does make things unwatchable.

That being said, at least I made it through 2 episodes before pulling the plug. There was this other sci fi series (I forget the name) that I only made it through about half of one episode. The show involved a group of astronauts flying to an alien world to find out what was going on with some sort of UFO that crashed into Earth. The only problem is the whole crew of the ship was in their 20s and dressed in underwear (in lieu of a uniform) except for the trans Asian dude/girl that was dressed like a stripper. Had the pull the plug on that shit quick.
I really like sci fi (realistic like sci fi, not Star Trek cartoony), but is just hard to find anything worth watching these days because of the nauseation progressivism. Saw Ad Astra in the theaters and it was pretty solid, but nothing great.
