I offered my runner service in Vegas just to live vicariously through the master. He passed.

The Tigers bullpen is so bad that they had a 3 hour rain delay with the Tigers leading 2-0 in the Top of the 8th inning after having over a 90 minute delay at the start of the game just to restart this thing at 8pm.
You know the Yankees don't want that going to a final without having a chance at teeing off on the Tigers relief pitchers.
Should have bet more on Ryan winning the MVP so I could afford a better location.
You can get approximately +150 on Jordan Zimmerman and the Tigers today, versus the Pirates.
He's facing the lackluster Pirates and Trevor Williams in Pittsburgh.
Pirates are below .500, only 30-26 at home, and Williams is a middling starter. Zimmerman has bad overall numbers, but has looked great in his last 2 starts.
I think I'm going to fire on this one.
the dolphins sign cutler and the jets lose enunwa for the year...

First MLB bet I've placed in awhile.
Gotta come from behind again.
Pittsburgh up 1-0 in the 4th.
Had a friend who asked me my opinion on Miami and Detroit today. I talked them out of Miami, saying that even with Scherzer coming off injury and the eye-popping +270 line, Washington was going to win. Factors include Scherzer's intense drive to win the Cy Young, the game being in Washington, the Miami pitcher being inexperienced and crappy, and the absence of Justin Bour from an already thin Miami lineup.
Sure enough, Washington is up 2-0 right now.
But I said I agreed with them about Detroit, and we both bet it.
Hopefully it doesn't turn out to be a
:baddecision
Boy, the Tigers are terrible now that JD has been sent away.
The hitting was absolutely awful. Like, the 1-0 Pirates lead early in the game looked insurmountable (and it was).
I think "under" bets might be worth a look for the Tigers in the future.

Hey it's no trump thread but some of us have made $$
It's already been hit but the only way S barkley doesn't get to 1200 rushing yards is if he does a WWII Omaha Beach reenactment and looses a leg.
over 1200.5 Rushing -140 (Bovada)
I'm a believer in the awfulness of the Detroit offense.
Went under 8.5 +100 tonight on the Tigers/Pirates
Walks weren't a problem. Only 1 by each starter.
Was victimized, though, by a lot of "seeing eye" hits (including a 2-RBI hit by Kuhl, a light-hitting pitcher), as well as a wild pitch and error.
0 HR in the game so far, which is brutal considering 9 runs have scored, and there have only been 2 walks in the game.
Of course, once the 9th run crossed, the scoring died, and it's looking like it will finish 6-3.

druff u need to find a book that offers team totals , why bank on the pirates not scoring when your read was detroit not scoring very much ? tigers team total under woulda got there
Ended with 3 extra base hits in the game. Less walks than expected but many singles. You had two starters that averaged a 1.55 WHIP (Walks & Hits per inning) or 3.1 combined. You ended up with 18 H+W+E so that's actually less than I would have expected.
Sorry not trying to be a dick here just trying to point out what held me off from tailing.
Yes, I understand. I saw the WHIPs and wasn't thrilled about them. Kuhl had looked good recently, whereas Boyd hadn't, but I went with it because I figured Detroit was looking so bad offensively that I could still win if the Pirates beat up Boyd. Also, the Pirates don't exactly have a juggernaut of an offense.
Usually I stay away from high WHIP pitchers when going with unders (or when picking their team to win), but this was an exception. The sad thing is that it almost worked out. The hits which killed me were, for the most part, ones that just found their way through. And then there was the wild pitch and the error.
Rice Owls Over 3.5 Wins -130
Historically speaking there has been some good results Wong teasing the 1.5-2.5 dogs up over 7 the first 1-2 weeks of preseason with totals in the mid 30's.
Opened up a few small tickets with Houston +7.5 tonight
Not that I love betting MLB favorites, but this one looks good to me:

Colon's days as a Major Leaguer are numbered. As in I doubt he'll have a job in 2018.

Report: Robert Kraft Buys Into ESports League, Will Have Team In Boston
$21 million for an esports team in Boston. Kraft's payroll for the stupid MLS soccer team is about $5 million. lol soccer, right?
SPEAKING OF ESPORTS. THEY ARE UP FOR OLYMPIC CONSIDERATION. LOL SO STUPID.
I got the best new book. 10K of credit $500 prop maxes and he lets people run for quite a while. The reason why I mention it is because he has a menu for esports. I know someone who has fucking crushed this market. If anyone has a book with esports let me know. If this guy is as good as I've seen over the past few months I'll pass along.
bookmaker has e-sports lol now there's one thing that i have actually never bet on
Not a surprise with the money out there for it now. it's the fastest growing sport, aided by the advances in technology. You have NFL Owners buying e-sports teams for $5mil. I would say e-sports, in terms of viewership/money involved, has moved past the "tier-3" of worldwide sports (stuff like cycling, billiards, horse racing etc) and is knocking on the door of "tier-2" sports like tennis, auto racing, golf and etc.
I am not experiencing enough pain, so I'm back. I also need an outlet for my Red Sox hate.
Yankees v Sawks
Two good pitchers. Sawks Pomeranz is still suspect but is commonly thought to be their #2.
Offense on both sides is suspect as well. Sawks are a singles hitting Royals wannabe team now without the base running IQ. Yankees without Judge producing in the middle of lineup is soft too.
