I may be wrong but what I think this guy Tim is doing is trying to be in the real estate game without any money.
How it works:
He finds a good deal on a house that needs rehab. He signs a deal with the seller to buy at a certain price, CASH offer! Well guess what? Timmy may not have that amount of cash, he actually may not have any cash. He signs an agreement to pay within 10 days. Now Timmy has to run around and find someone who has the cash to buy it for $5 to 10k above what he agreed to pay. Then Timmy makes $5k-10k. He is basically a wholesaler. It’s a way people can get involved in real estate with no cash. Actually you may need a few grand or so to give to the seller as a good faith, non-refundable deposit.
I know people do this in various forms, I am not even sure of the legality to it without a real estate license.

Many times they will act on these impulses when they lose a high dollar hand and it’s a close, hurtful loss that stings. Let’s say he is playing the minimum of $100 per hand in HL area. He is frustrated so he decides to bet $1,000 on Banker for one hand. He gets a “NATURAL 8” on his Banker bet and starts to beat his chest and cheer, only for Player to turn over a “NATURAL 9”. He is furious, but he is at his “stop loss”, and is supposed to call it quits. Incidents like these can trigger continuous play that can lead to massive losses. This Can be the start of blowing everything. Then let’s say he blew 30% of $30k, no way he will stop. After the close loss, often times there is a percentage where the degen will not stop. For some that may be 20% of their bankroll. For others maybe 30% or 40% for no turning back - it’s all or nothing. They “have to get it back”.

This is validated by two things, the shot below it shows his pile of Orange has exactly the same amount of Orange chips than in the previous fake bet photo.
