Truthfully I don't see how this mess is avoidable unless Trump wins now.. too many wildcard situations possible as I mentioned above depending on what drops when.
On a side note as somebody whos from Virginia originally Tim Kaine was an empty suit and useless as Governor of Virginia he accomplished pretty much NOTHING his 4 yrs in office other then creating the biggest deficit situation the state had ever seen (and there is a balanced budget requirement in the VA Constitution that in the case of a deficit one year it MUST be corrected the next year)..
This is the one time when y ou vote you need to seriously consider also who the VP is on both tickets because there is a small chance some left wing whackjob could take out Trump if he wins as well.. Id propose between Pence and Kaine Pence is the slamdunk winner..
