I can tell you from living it that October 2015 in Los Angeles was really like a second summer. It was so strange.
Climate is measured in decades and centuries, not yesterday or last month.
It snowed on Sunday in many parts of Ontario. Nothing stuck to the ground, but it was still just barely above freezing and actually snowing.
