Cardinals +111 (Wacha) vs. Dodgers (Maeda)
Pains me to make this one, but I don't see the Dodgers winning this one tonight. Public is mesmerized by Dodgers' 5-game winning streak and recent ass-kicking of the Cubs. But most of that was at home, where the Dodgers have killed it since the 2015 season began (more than 2/3 games won there). On the road, the Dodgers are simply a different team. Maeda has been highly inconsistent all year, and is only one start removed from a DL stint. Wacha got hammered by these same Dodgers in Los Angeles last week, but otherwise pitched well this season.
Angels (Bridwell) -132 vs. Braves (Colon)
Bridwell has pitched fewer than 4 innings in the Majors, and gave up 5 earned runs. But that was last year, and he's looking good in the minors, including a 32/4 K/BB ratio in 32 IP. This will be his first Major League start. Normally I wouldn't be too excited by this, but he's facing the punchless Braves in his home park, and Bartolo Colon (6.96 ERA/1.585 WHIP) looks finished. I would fade Colon in any start going forward where the line looks reasonable.
Oakland (Gray) +155 at Cleveland (Bauer)
Bauer has horrible numbers and has not made a start with fewer than 2 ER this year. Gray is looking fairly good this year. +155 is a nice line to get here, even on Oakland. Game starts in a few mins though.
