UK news channel did a feature today on the people of Wisconsin (I think) who are all turning on Trump after he declared war on Harley Davidson. They all apparently hate him now as that brand is the pride of their State.
do u faggots even know Kaepernick was like the worst player in the league his last year?
Gotta laugh at all the libtards praising Nike, the same company that has and may still use child labor and are notorious for using sweatshops where they pay subhuman wages. Unreal stupidity.
He wasn't great, but he was on a pretty shitty team and wasn't given a lot of help. For whatever reason (maybe an undisclosed injury?) he just stopped running and tried to play like a traditional QB, which isn't his skill set.
That being said, given the level of shitty QB play there was last year it is almost a certainty he would have made a team at some point if it wasn't for his politics. This doesn't necessarily mean collusion was involved though. It is reasonable teams could independently decide he wasn't worth the headache.
lol the face of nike.
nike can do that knowing that the only peeps that pay hundreds or dollars for a pair of sneaks are inner city minorities that have less money than brains.
sadly these fools have their priorities out of whack, and must have the latest iteration of jordan's rather than food
nike just exploits..............pure capitalism angle
Mark Geragos (Kaepernicks lawyer) does a podcast with Adam Carolla every weekend. He has repeatedly insinuated they have some sort of physical proof that there was collusion.
And Geragos is actually very conservative politically. This isn't ideological for him. He really thinks this is a case he can win I think.
I’d protest too if I got benched for Blaine Gabbert.
Can’t name one big case, where everything was on the line, that Geragos has won.
How many big cases can you name period? The only one I can think of is Scott Peterson, and that is only because I recently heard him and Carolla talk about it.
I do know he is Chris Brown's attorney, and that dude definitely should have had some serious jail time with all the assault, gun and drug shit that has gone down, so the fact he hasn't indicates Geragos must be doing something right.
So ready for the Kap line to drop!!!
For Nike, it's not about the politics, it may look that way, but of course the political message corresponds to how much money they think they can make using it in their ads...making it what the brand stands for. Stupid kids should be able to see this...but they won't for a while. Nike has always struck me as an asshole brand.
Wasn't this guy killed by our own troops? Lets really heap the irony on in regards to the values of war, eh?
It is epic how much this Nike shit is tilting the rightwing snowflakes. Not everyone is down with a fascist shit, nor do they think that standing in front of the flag means much of anything. Shouldn't a man have the freedom to arbitrarily symbolize something to a different arbitrary symbol? What really are your values?
Lets see. Lets look at these values.
Work hard. I'd say good.
Get dream job. I'd say good.
Actively piss off your bosses? well that is his prerogative. When one makes it to the top, they have options in life. Regardless, not sure that was ever his intention specifically.
Quit his job. .. oh fuck it.
This is just great because Nike is now trolling Trump. All these trumptards have been going on about how Trump rules over the media with his early stage dementia tweeter bullshit. It is beyond comical. Now we have a 30 year old world famous marketing campaign taking on Trump. Fuck the NFL. I'm not even sure Colin's point has all that much validity, but I'll stand behind his right to do his simple gesture.
You're right, I don't know much of anything about the guy. There has to be someone at the bottom of everything, but even the guy who is the worst NFL QB is far better than anyone you've ever known. So your point is a bit trumptarded.
Wasn't he the starter QB of a NFL team? If he was a "clown show joke that nobody respected for 2 years" then why the fuck would he have the job for 2 years? Holy shit you people give me a headache.
This woman had it all right in berating athletes who kneel during anthem I don't care if they are black or white.

AND FTR SHITBOY im better at poker than this loony toon is at football
Sidedish is over-exaggerating how bad Kaep was. But after the last 2 years it was pretty obvious he couldn't really carry a mediocre team (which a good starting QB making the $$ he was making is supposed to do) and wasn't living up to his contract and was going to inevitably be cut and have to reprove himself as a backup somewhere.
Most QBs in his position would have gotten a job as a backup QB somewhere else the next year, and maybe gotten another shot as a starter down the road if things bounced the right way. Why he didn't I don't know for sure. Maybe he was asking too much $$. Maybe it was collusion. Maybe individual teams just decided his politics weren't worth the headache.
Also, his last year the team was completely decimated by injury and some unexpected retirements (and probably wouldn't have been that good anyways) and Chip Kelley was basically throwing the year away thinking he was going to get another chance the next year with a roster he had built, so he didn't really care who was the QB losing the games, so Kaep was fine since they were paying him anyways.
It is not surprising at all that you can't actually reply to the content of my post. Logic is not the strong point of you people. I don't care if he is/was the best/worst QB in sports. I don't worship other men, fanboy. You do it all over the place. Not me. We're far different type of men my friend and I still don't give a shit what Colin does. This just became an issue to control people... honestly, what successful person cares about this kneeling "controversy".
Seeing trumptards tilted over this makes it all worthwhile. In fact, I'm going to start wearing Nike shit !
JUST DO IT
Thats fine. But if you look at the clearly bad QBs who were backups who ended up playing games last year (mainly due to injury) he clearly would have been better than a lot of them. But he was probably asking for more $$ too, which has to be factored in, without even getting into the political headache.
As bad as you think Kaep was in 2016, assuming he stayed just as bad I 2017 there is no way you could tell me he wouldn't have been an upgrade over players like Mike Glennon, Bryce Petty, TJ Yates, Trevor Semian, etc.
guy wasn't good enough to be THAT much of a pain in the ass so nobody wants to hire him, standard stuff, that's life. what owner wouldn't want to suck in peace with Bryce petty instead of also sucking with political theatre Collin Kaepernick. the guy went full BLM loony toon
I don't know shit about football, but if you don't understand that isn't what this is about then not sure what else you can be told. As far as society etc and how people are manipulated by this nonsense, I can 100% assure you that I understand this subject well beyond you can even imagine. You're basically another goon in a cult at this point who legitimately needs to be deprogrammed to see the truth.
AND U ARE STILL TALKING OMG KILL URSELF PLZ
THE CAMPAIGN IS STUPID CUZ KAEPERNICK DIDNT "SACRIFICE EVERYTHING FOR BELIEVING IN SOMETHING" HE FKN SUCKED ASS. and now his life is much better that he has found a new career rather than if he was trying to get by on his football talents alone.
why do u not care if u know all the intricacies of a topic before forming a strong opinion
