The security manager is full of crap that there's "nothing they can do" without a police report. They can ban whomever they want. That's why I'm banned from Venetian despite the fact that I never broke a single rule there, never card counted there, and never had any incident with employees or other guests.

A quick thought on Sample. It is amazing that he would put himself on YouTube and the Action Junkie Podcast to get the membership scam going. If he is not totally full of shit, he was making probably some money from the whales he “gambles” for as a consultant(LOL). I’m not so sure how successful that was because you need to scam wealthy people and that’s much tougher to do than even Mitchell’s scam.
Still without KD going after Mitchell and many of us starting to get Brunson FX and Sample videos popping up on our YouTube page, these guys would most likely still be going strong. Brunson KD destroyed and now Scample seems to be toast.
It is not a stretch to say both these guys can thank Christopher Mitchell for ruining their scams. Just so amazing that although seemingly close to busto, CM is still not officially shut down.
